思维是人的重要特征，而思维的灵魂在于它的独立性，否则只是人云亦云，无独立的思想可言。所以，从大处说，独立思考是有所发现，有所突破，有所创造的前提。没有独立思考，谈不到创造，只能亦步亦趋，照猫画虎。可以说，没有独立思考，社会不能进步，科学不能发展。要有独立思考的能力，首先要有独立思考的习惯。遇到问题，要经常问一个为什么，因为思维从问题开始。？
就学习过程而言，独立思考是学好知识的前提。学习物理要重在理解，要想清道理。只是教师讲解，而学生没有经过独立思考，就不可能很好地消化所学的知识，不可能真正深入地想清其中的道理，使之成为自己真正掌握的知识。所以，独立思考是理解和掌握知识的必要条件。在高中物理教学中，要培养学生各方面的具体能力，独立思考能力是一个核心。不善于独立思考，各方面具体能力的培养将受到极大影响。在能力层次上不可能达到较高的水平，不可能有效地运用各方面的能力，独立？地去分析、解决问题，特别是遇到的新的、难的问题。？
说得再具体些，许多学生在学习和解题时不会独立处理问题，或独立处理问题的能力较差，这不是由于题目做得少，而是平时缺乏独立思考，没有独立思考的能力和习惯。如果平时对每一问题都能独立地进行分析思考，遇到问题自然会去钻研，而且敢于独立钻研，独立解决问题。？
独立思考的习惯和能力的培养，不是一蹴而就的，必须在学习阶段注意培养，形成习惯。这比多解几个题更重要。有了它，学生就有了自我探究的动力、积极性和能力。就有了独立获取知识和进行探究的可能。
目前，在某些地方，由于应试教育的影响，教学中忽视对学生独立思考能力的培养。讲课时，将基本概念、规律匆匆带过，而忙于让学生记结论，背题型，背解法。这样做，对于提高学生素质，无异于南辕北辙。对国家，对学生都十分不利。？？

Last summer holiday, I went to HaiNan with my family. The weather was pleasant! The sky was blue more than I could describe, the sea was blue and bright more than I could believe. Walking by the sea is just like being in the oil painting! We sailed to an island called Xi. I swam there. Swimming in the sea is quite different from that in a pool. Bedsides swimming, we also had a good meal there. We had a nice seafood dish.
