网上流传的各种“托福写作范文”来源并不明确，范文质量没有保证，盲目模仿或照抄而来的作文未必是一篇高质量作文。照抄范文会造成不同考生作文中出现雷同语句的情况，在作文评分时的机器“查重”这一关评价会很低。所以，模仿或照抄范文写托福作文，很难得到理想分数。想要提高托福写作成绩，最权威的官方范文请参考托福考试机构 ETS 出版的托福官方指南（official guide，简称OG），OG 上明确了托福写作的评分要求和应对策略，并且给出了独立写作和综合写作各个分数段的范文和考官评价。OG 比其它写作教材更有针对性，也更具权威性。另外，范文的意义在于参考，想要获得理想的托福作文分数，不能仅仅依靠背诵或套用范文。准备托福写作，重点是要看考试的评分要求，并且对照自己的情况，做针对性的能力训练。可以按照以下步骤进行：
熟读 OG 上关于写作的评分要求，认真研读官方的满分范文。
做一套 TPO 写作题目（包括独立写作和综合写作），找到自己的作文和满分作文的差距。
根据内容、结构、语言三个方面的能力强弱，制定一个有针对性的训练计划。比如，内容方面需要观察生活、积累作文素材；结构方面得研究议论文的写作框架；语言方面要多学习别人地道的表达。如果是听力或者阅读问题，导致综合写作不好，则要强化听力和阅读。
做阶段性的能力测试（比如每周做一套 TPO），实时掌握自己的能力提高情况，并对计划作出调整。

这个是ets公布的题库，真实考试托福的作文题目不一定从里面抽取，回我所有的题库都做过练习答，个人感觉真实考试题目从里面抽取的几率很小，相反机经重复的频率很高，但也不绝对，我考的时候的题目就在哪儿也没有见过。。。我听过一个传言说是每年年末的机经重复率最高，尤其是独立作文，我也不清楚是不是真的，我年初考的。。。185说白了仅作参考，可以练习，楼上说可以练口语1、2很对，建议楼主多找找机经看看练习

楼主关于作文的写作，最好脱离模板的模式，因为阅卷的人也知道有模板这个东西，我建议你应该从思维上改变去写作文，就是用美式思维法写作文。
美国人的思维就是“线性思维”。即典型“总---分---总”的写作思维。这种思维源于美国的presentation。即美国学生在课堂上的演说。他们做这种演说所遵循的原则是“总---分---总”。在新托福写作中，用这种思维最容易获得高分。
按照这种思维模式，托福作文应该写成三个层次。也就是我们确立了中心思想后应该找到三条理由来支持。这种思想使托福作文很容易达到24分。想达到27分以上，就应该在这三条理由中再各找出两条理由来支持。托福作文要写五段：第一段为中心思想段；二、三、四段为支持段落；最后一段为总结段落。
如果说五段式是托福作文的结构模式，那么specific应该是美国人在行文中最重要的思维。什么是specific？即要求我们写的作文极其具体化。如这篇作文，“你认为在电影院里能很好地欣赏电影吗？”如果我们写出这样一个主题句：“电影院里人声嘈杂，我们无法集中精力欣赏电影。”下面是中国学生典型写法：很多人没社会公德，在公共场所里大声喧哗。影响别人看电影。白人根本读不懂。他们会刨根问底问：什么人在电影院里喧哗？做出了什么样噪声？他们会这样写：老年人常在电影院咳嗽，使别人无法集中注意看电影，小孩会在电影院疯跑，跌倒了会大哭，别人无法欣赏电影。我在托福教学中，体会到specific是学生一个最大阻力！也是学生无法得高分的最大障碍。很多学生句子和词都用得非常好，但是分数只有18分。根本原因就是写的不specific。很可惜，国内市面上的英语写作书籍中却鲜有人提到specific。我们必须知道：托福作文的宗旨在于communicaing information。也就是语言更应该是交流的工具！汉语经过几千年凝练，以“言简意赅”为最高境界。但美国人思维却是具体的。我们按照中国人思维写作，美国人根本看不懂，托福作文就是低分。

两者抄不是一回事，如果找袭到的话都可以看一看，积累些思路和素材。至于哪个好用，真的是见仁见智，自己可以做出判断。另外备考托福作文，仅仅看别人的范文是远远不够的，还需要有自己的思考，这种逻辑训练需要自己多写提纲多练笔，只有经过自己写的过程，作文才会有更大的进步，得到最深入细致的练习。不能止于看别人的作文。
