Now in many countries like India workers require lower salary than Chinese workers and their enviroment restriction is low too. So in order to keep the economy booming, China needs to switch its model and turn to high value and service instries.
As we can see from the news this is what the Chinese goverment is trying to do. Maybe in 10 years or 20 years China will be a instrial country procing more high tech procts and selling services to the world as well.
