邀请信内容一般包括以下几点：
第一段：表明写信目的，并说明邀请收信人参加的具体活动以及时间地点等。并表示对对方到来的期待。
第二段：具体详细叙述活动内容及流程，包括时间和具体安排等。
第三段：再一次诚挚邀请对方，希望对方一定能来参加，并期待回复。

内容要点与篇章结构
建议信的主要内容包括：
第一段：表明写信目的并引起下文；
第二段：具体说明都有哪些建议，如果是两个或两个以上的建议内容要在每条建议前加上序数标记词。
第三段：祝愿收信人。

㈡ 考研英语小作文准备几篇
建议准备三到五篇，是否使用模板和不需要模板得分情况不同，主要还是临场专的发挥跟活学活属用。但是考研是一件不确定的事情，即使自认为万无一失，最终得分或许令你大跌眼睛。
在这个不确定的考研当中，我们还是尽可能做一些确定的事情。仔细读一读别人的文章，那些范文的精彩语句和框架都可以借鉴。不断积累自己的英语功底，总结出适合自己的写作方法和模式，到时候看到作文题的时候，至少不会胆怯。
㈢ 考研英语小作文有哪些写作格式和策略
小作文总共就100字左右。约7-8句话。小作文是公文写作，即不需要你真情流露或者论内据详实，只需要你“八股文一容般，按照格式来”。所以，开头和结尾的2-3句话是固定的（比如感谢信，第一句肯定是写信表达感谢之意，最后一句肯定是，再次表达我对你的感激之情，下次请你吃饭哈哈哈哈。），十分固定且不允许修改太多，因为这是公文写作，所以开头结尾只要历年真题答案抄一抄背下来即可。中间的4-6句话，是根据话题而改变的。
小作文不要花太多时间去准备所谓的模板，只需要把常见类型的背背就可以。
常见分三类：
书信：建议信、感谢信、抱歉信、求职信、投诉信等，学长根据常考的类型，各整理一篇模板，背完写一写。
通知：通知只是开头、结尾的一些格式细节不一样。内容上其实没有太多区别。学长也是准备一篇模板、范文然后就背完考试。
备忘录:这个很少考。也是格式不一样，需要准备一篇熟悉一下。
