英语便条作文

❶ 英语的书信格式以及便条的格式

英语书信的格式如下：

- 右上角写日期；
- 开头"Dear", "To", "To whom it concerns" = 一般给政府/比你级别高的写"等等，写完名字点逗号；
- 另起一行，开头空两格，写正文；
- 落款 = "sincerely yours" = 给级别高的,很正式的；"yours truly" = 朋友； "love" = 亲人等等， 别忘了点逗号；
- 偏右下角签名。如果写的是正式文的话，在签名下面写上print体形式你的名字。

英语便条、留言条、通知写法如下：

便条、留言条、通知有一些特点：篇幅短小，简明扼要，内容偏私人化、口语化，但是必须包括以下几个基本要素：1.日期 2.称呼 3.内容 4.签名，所以格式比较随意。

便条：

便条格式与书信类似，但称呼不用加客套语dear,除非对年长者，结尾直接署上自己的名字。

请假条也属便条范围。

Dear Mr Eric,

I came to see you this morning but it so happened that you were out. So I have to leave this note to you.

I’m so glad to tell you that after raining so many days, it is said to be fine this Sunday. Therefore some of my friends and I have decided to go for an outing. 便条

写作指导
便条是一种简单形式的书信。常用的便条有请假条和留言条两种，其特点是格式简单，内容简短，便条上一般只需要一两句话。因此，便条要求做到：内容简明扼要，文字简洁明了，讲清谁写的，写给谁，什么事以及什么时候写的等。
留言条的日期可以写上年、月日，也可以写上星期几或星期几上、下午，或者只写几日，几点钟也行。日期多写在正文右上角，便条多用于熟人之间，因此，便条上的写条人地址、结束语等都可以省略。
