我的故乡在商洛，那里有成千上万棵核桃树，我最爱吃核桃。
春雨来临，核桃树贪婪的享受着大自然带给他的一切。粗细不等的枝条在语录中伸展开来，一片片嫩绿的叶子慢慢的张开小口，喝着天空中的雨水。
清明节过后，核桃树开始结出小小的果实。
核桃圆圆的，个头大小不一，浑身上下长满斑点。它向士兵一样也有盔甲，第一层是绿色的果肉般的外皮，第二层是坚硬的外壳，中间就是果仁了，果仁的样子十分像大脑，外面还有一层黄黄的外皮。
核桃的外皮先是嫩绿，再变成翠绿，。然后就变成褐色的了。等到六月，它就成熟了，外面的那层皮也裂开了，刮一阵风就能听见核桃掉在地上的声音，拾一个起来，剥开褐色的外皮，咬开坚硬的外壳，就可以吃到油油的脆脆的香甜可口的果仁了。
核桃被称为抗氧化之王，还有丰富的蛋白质，核桃还有补脑的作用，并含有人体必需的钙、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质，以及胡萝卜素，核黄素，等多种维生素。
