Ⅲ 英语四级作文关于赞美的
你好,很高兴为你解答,答案如下:
On Praise
wants to be appreciated and praised by others for what they do and what they say. For instance, children want to be praised by their parents. Students want to be praised by their teachers. Employees want to be praised by their employers. It seems that praise is like sunlight to us, we can‘t flower and grow without it.
But it is a pity that while most of us are only too ready to blow the cold wind of harsh criticism on others, we are somehow reluctant to give people around us the warm sunshine of praise. For example, most mothers are always not satisfied with the progress their children made at school Most teachers always drown their students compositions in critical red ink, instead of commenting favorably on them.
Most employersarealways criticalabout what their employees have done instead of giving encouragement to them. proces may be great. So, let‘s be alert to the small excellence around us and comment on them. We will not only bring joy into other people’s lives, but also, very often, add happiness to our own.

3.我参加体育运动的体会.
范文:
To a Chinese, the task of learning English well is not easy. So I, like many other English learners, have met with difficulties in learning English ring the past seven years. But I managed to overcome them and made much progress.
The spelling and meaning of words can be said to be the first difficulty I met as a beginner. But I found our my own way to deal with them. As to spelling, I never copied a new work again and again to remember it, but tried to find its relevance to the sound. In fact, as long as I can read the word out, I can write it out. As to the meaning, I rarely recite its Chinese translation but often put the word into the sentence to learn its meaning. Moreover, if you use a word quite often, its spelling and meaning will be no problem. After all, we are learning English in order to use it.
Grammar and idioms may be another difficulty. But I have also got over it. I have not read lots of grammar books. But I spent much time reading the articles written by native speakers or specialists in English. By doing so, I came to gain “a sense of English language”. I began to gain a feel for which sentences are “good English” and which are not.
Finally, I want to say that overcoming all these difficulties requires perseverance. In the past seven years I spent at least an hour on English each day. I believe this is an important reason why I am able to make progress in learning English.

1、晕屏症—Cybersickness
(Do you suffer from cybersickness It causes nausea while scrolling on phones),认识到智能手机可能会带给我们的危害,希望它能警醒我们,让我们能够更加合理的使用智能手机。
Do you suffer from cybersickness It causes nausea while scrolling on phones
The rise of mobile phones has been blamed for a number of social ills, but your smart phone may also be making you physically sick as well. Scientists have identified a condition called “cybersickness”, which they say is the digital version of motion sickness. The phenomenon, which affects up to 80 percent of the population who own smartphones or tablets, leads to feelings of nausea and unsteadiness. It is caused by seeing fast motion on a screen and covers anything from a car chase in a film to scrolling through web pages on your phone. The more realistic the visual content is, the higher your chances of getting cybersickness. The condition was identified in a piece in the New York Times in which British and US experts said that it needed addressing. Cyriel Diels, a cognitive psychologist and human factors researcher at Coventry University’s centre for Mobility and Transport, said: “It’s a fundamental problem that’s kind of been swept under the carpet in the tech instry.” “It’s a natural response to an unnatural environment.” Motion sickness leaves sufferers feeling ill because they feel movement in your muscles and your inner ear but do not see it. The mismatch in digital sickness is the opposite—you see movement on the screen but do not feel it. The effect is the same and the symptoms include a headache, wanting to throw up, confusion and the need to sit down. Often cybersickness manifests itself in a subtle way and sufferers put it down to stress or eyestrain.Steven Rauch, a professor of otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School, said: “Your sense of balance is different than other senses in that it has lots of inputs.” When those inputs don’t agree, that’s when you feel dizziness and nausea “Some studies that have been carried out into cybersickness found that women are more susceptible than men, the New York Times reported. Those who have Type A’ personalities—meaning they are confident and assertive—are more likely to suffer from cybersickness as well. Among those who have reported experiencing the condition have been video gamers who spend hours playing fast paced games. Cinema-goers have struggled with some scenes in action movies which have quick cuts and fast editing—and virtual reality has made the problem even worse. Jonathan Weinstein, a professor at the Kanbar Institute for Film and Television at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, said: “The idea is to get audiences to feel like participants in the action rather than outside observers of the action. Engineers at Oculus VR, the virtual headset manufacturer, have admitted that digital motion sickness is one of their biggest problems.

can see from the illustration there is a father talking to his son. Having heard his son’s words “Dad, I am a bit worried about disposing of nuclear weapons”, the father replies, “If you can empty the stbin here, you can do anything”, pointing the garbage can beside him。
Funny and common as the conversation sounds, it reflects that the father intends to advise his son to do small things before undertaking the big. Unquestionably, doing small things is the first step of success and will lay root for doing something big. By doing something small, we are enabled to accumulate experience, master skills and train ourselves to be more patient. In other word, we can be well prepared for further challenges in the course of fulfilling small things. By contrast, those who set out to do something big will be constantly haunted by disappointment, frustrations or even failures. As when opportunity “something big” appears, they can hardly seize them because of the lack of experience and confidence stems from doing small things. Taking the picture presented above as a case in point, how can the little boy succeed in disposing of nuclear weapons if he even doesn’t know how to empty the stbin?
From my perspective, under no circumstances should we undervalue the power of doing small things. Instead, we should regard small things as the source of experience, skills and the prerequisite of success. “Great achievement only belongs to those who can do small things perfectly。” Aristotle once said。
