4.单众数不要搞乱,不然会好刺眼,看不舒服.

6.时态和语气不要转变太多.看商务英语已经是苦事,不要浪费人家的精力啊.
7.标点要准确.

改为:

however,

continued
to

the
equipment.
8.选词正确.
好像affect和effect,
operative和operational等等就要弄清楚才好用啦.
9.拼字正确.
有电脑拼字检查功能后,就更加不能偷懒.
10.大小写要注意.非必要不要整个字都是大写,除非要骂人
例如:

immediately.
外国人就觉得不礼貌和喝令人一样.
要强调的话,用底线,斜字,粗体就可以了.

Ⅲ 英语作文里电子邮件的格式是什么样的

格式：用户标识符+@+域名

其中：@是“at”的符号，表示“在”的意思。

以下三部分构成电子邮件：

第一部分“USER”代表用户信箱的账号，对于同一个邮件接收服务器来说，这个账号必须是唯一的。

第二部分“@”是分隔符。

预防垃圾邮件

1、给自己的信箱起个“好名字”。如果你的用户名过于简单或者过于常见，则很容易被当作攻击目标。许多人习惯用自己姓名的拼音作为用户名，但一般过于简单，很容易被垃圾邮件发送者捕捉到。因此在申请邮箱时，不妨起个保护性强一点的用户名，比如英文和数字的组合，尽量长一点，可以少受垃圾邮件骚扰。

另外还有一种花招，为了证明E-mail地址是否有效，很多垃圾邮件发送者在邮件中往往以抱歉的语气说：“若您不需要我们的邮件，请回复，我们将不再向您发送邮件”，如果你真的回复，就上了他们的当了，最好的办法是不理不睬，把发件人列入拒收名单；

4、借助反垃圾邮件的专门软件。市面上一般都能买到这种软件，如可用BounceSpamMail软件给垃圾邮件制造者回信，告之所发送的信箱地址是无效的，免受垃圾邮件的重复骚扰。而McAfeeSpamKiller也可以防止垃圾邮件，同时自动向垃圾邮件制造者回复“退回”等错误信息，防止再次收到同类邮件。

5、使用好邮件管理、过滤功能。Outlook Express、Foxmail和qqmail都有很不错的邮件管理功能，用户可通过设置过滤器中的邮件域名、邮件主题、来源、长度等规则对邮件进行过滤。垃圾邮件一般都有相对统一的主题，如“促销”“sex”等，若你不想收到这一类邮件，可以试着将过滤主题设置为包含这些关键字的字符。

6、学会使用远程邮箱管理功能。一些远程邮箱监视软件，能够定时检查远程邮箱，显示主题、发件人、邮件大小等信息，你可以根据这些信息判断哪些是你的正常邮件，哪些是垃圾邮件，从而直接从邮箱里删除那些垃圾，而不用每次把一大堆邮件下载到自己的本地邮箱后再来删除。
