盼望已久的暑假终于来了，爸爸妈妈带我去海南渡假，终于让我第一次见到了真正的大海。

清晨，我迎着初升的太阳来到海边，大海和沙滩被太阳照得金灿灿的。细软的沙滩踩上去就像走在棉毯上一样舒服极了，一粒粒金黄细小的沙粒渗进我的鞋中，就像小猫在舔我的脚心，痒痒酥酥的，我把鞋脱掉，光脚踩在沙子上，尽情地享受沙滩的“按摩”！

突然沙滩上一个形状似鱼的东西“哧溜”一下从我身边飞速穿过，钻进一个孔里去了。我立刻蹲下身，用手扒着沙子，不一会儿，一个透明的小螃蟹飞快地爬出来，它挥舞着钳子，像在对我示威，眨眼间又消失了……这时，我才注意到沙滩上有许许多多这样的小孔，如果每一个小孔里都藏着一个小螃蟹的话，那么……“啊！太恐怖了！”我像屁股被针扎了似的跳了起来，头也不回迅速冲进大海，直到累得气喘吁吁才停下来。紧接着一个大浪扑过来，没等我反应过来就被推到了岸边，这时，我又发现一个被海浪冲到沙滩上的小玩意儿，又细又长，摸上去十分粗糙。我连忙拿给爸爸看，爸爸惊叫：“这是一个棒子形的珊瑚呀！你怎么会有的？”我说：“在沙滩上捡到的呀！”爸爸说：“真厉害！我怎么没发现呢？”我听了，得意极了。

看着翻滚不息的波浪和那些跳浪的人欢乐的身影，我很想去冲浪。于是，爸爸给我套上一个卡通的救生圈，我就兴奋地“上路”了，一头奔进海里。这时正好有一个大浪扑来，我原来想冲到浪上，让海浪托着我走，结果我没能掌握好平衡，反被浪打得一头扎进水里呛了好几口水。海水又苦又咸，害得我“呸呸”吐了好几口才缓过劲来。第二次，我换了一种方法冲浪——“坐救生圈小艇”。当海浪又一次向我扑来时，我屁股坐在救生圈里，两手撑在救生圈前头力图使救生圈保持平稳，没想到海水扑得我满脸都是，我根本顾不上掌握平衡了，急于用手把脸擦干，没想到腿一横，救生圈就被海浪冲走了。幸好又一个大浪扑过来，把救生圈又冲回我面前。我急忙闭上眼睛，屏住呼吸，抓牢救生圈，终于冲过了这个大浪。经过几次冲浪，几次被淹，我终于悟出了一个好办法：一定要两只胳膊套在救生圈上，下半身沉在水里才行。我试了试，果然很灵验，这真是个不错的收获啊！

第一次拥抱大海的感觉真好，它丝毫没有让我感到被海浪击倒的恐惧，反而让我体会到了玩海的乐趣，更让我体会了要顽强勇敢地面对困难才能成功的道理。
