还记得有一次，全市举行唱歌比赛。在比赛的前一天，我每时每刻都在听我要唱的那首歌的录音带，当时我在想：这次比赛我一定要取得名次。以后，也要像阎维文一样唱出更动听的歌曲。
比赛当天，我的心都提到了嗓子眼里，心怦怦直跳，怕自己出点意外，没有名次。
时间一分一秒的过去了，在我前面的选手都已经比完了，而且是一个比一个好，我担心我比不过他们。轮到我上场了，我面对着评委，心里很紧张，我的手上全是汗，我从来都没有这么紧张过。突然，我想到妈妈对我说的一句话：“儿子，别紧张，你只有在放松的情况下才能唱好歌，取不取得名次不要紧，你只要尽力了就行。”于是，我试着把自己的心情平静下来。开始，我还是很紧张，有几处高音的时候我没有唱好，渐渐地我适应了周围的环境，开始大胆地唱了起来。
评委们的脸上露出了笑容，我圆满的唱完了这首歌。。过了几天，发表成绩了，我荣获二等奖，我乐得直蹦高！
唱歌是我的课余爱好，也是我生活中不可缺少的一部分。它给我乐趣、喜悦，我爱唱歌。
