“妈妈，当我长大的时候，我也要成为他们中的一员！”在我三岁看了凯皮特舞蹈公司的表演后，我说道。这是我的梦想第一次以一种重要的，充满激情的方式促使我开始训练。当我长大后，接触了的东西，我对舞蹈世界的兴趣自然发生了变化，但是我从未抛弃过那时属于我这个小女孩的的梦想，渴望着有朝一天能成为该公司的一位舞者。2005年的夏天，那年我18岁，我接到了一个电话，终于美梦成真。我终于成为这家历史直追溯到1925年的公司一员。现在当我回顾那一天时，对这一切都依然觉得不可思议。直到第一天彩排进行到一半的时候，我还确信自己正处在那种莫名的快乐中，我无法相信这是真的。我从未期冀过能得到这个职位。但是当我真的做到的时候，我完全震惊了。我记得我因为兴奋而全身不住发抖。尽管我对于这种改变非常兴奋，却不得不承认它同时带来挑战。舞蹈每周六天的严格训练让我明白，用全部的注意力迅速掌握舞蹈的要旨是如此重要。正是对细节的一丝不苟和练习的孜孜不倦把我们和旁人区别开来。这些高强度的彩排之后是一连串多达一天五场的表演安排，让我发掘了“勤奋工作”的又一层含义。我知道了我的体力极限被训练得远超我想象中的可能。我体会到每一场演出都要比上一场更好。今天，当我看着这家我能有幸成为其中一员，作为不仅仅是一个员工而是一名舞蹈队长的公司，我看到一种传统，一种流传着的激励了不仅仅是一代代小女孩，更是这家公司去不断进步，不断发展，不断激励着人们每天去追求他们梦想的东西。
