The English composition competitioned by research laboratory and the Ministry of ecation, ecation composition jointly organised by the English magazine.It was made up of the first round, check, final exam, three parts. 『柒』 2015国家级英语作文比赛
2015第二届“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛将于2014年10月1日正式启动, 面向全国中小学生征文。
创意作文大赛由华语教学出版社主办,中国关心下一代工作委员会、中国作家协会、作文指导报协办、格伦教育承办,旨在激发中小学生作文创意思维力,培养自信心,提高文学素养,开阔学习视野。本届大赛将继续发扬“自由表达,创意先行”原则,不限主题,不限文体,为全国中小学生提供无限的创意空间。此外,大赛优秀获奖作品将由华语教学出版社集结成册,切实激励与培养青少年文学人才,促进青少年健康成长。
10月1日,2015“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛将全面启动,届时同时开启分赛区报名通道及个人网络报名通道,欢迎广大青少年文学爱好者踊跃投递作品参赛。
一、征稿对象
所有热爱汉语写作的,年龄在10-18周岁的全球青少年。分为小学组(3-6年级)、初中组、高中组。
二、参赛办法
大赛分为初赛、复赛和决赛三个阶段。
(一)初赛(2014年10月1日-2015年2月28日)
预赛有两种报名方式:
1、 由组委会授权的分赛区组织各学校学生或社会青少年团体参加预赛;
2、 个人参赛选手可通过全国中小学生创意作文大赛官方网站报名,报名网址http://zuowen.gelunjiaoyu.com。
所有参加初赛的作者,有机会获得价值8000元的国内游学。组委会将采用手机号抽奖,通过手机短信和电话通知获奖信息。
(二)复赛(2015年3月1日-5月31日)
1、复赛将采用现场作文和网络限时作文两种方式进行:现场作文:现场开放式话题作文,由大赛组委会,现场出题,现场收卷,现场封箱;网络限时复赛:指定时间、主题,统一组织学生参加复赛,在限定时间内上传电子版征文。所有征文由组委会专家评委统一评比,挑选5%的优秀选手,进入决赛;
2、复赛资料费及考务费30元/人;
3、复赛前,分赛区将组织选手参加赛前培训,培训为自愿参加,所有参加培训并进入决赛的前5%选手,由组委会承担决赛期间的所有费用(包含吃、住、行、采风等)。
(三)决赛(2015年7月20日-24日)
2015年7月20日在北京进行盛大的全国总决赛,总决赛日程包括赛前培训指导、主题采风、现场作文比赛、颁奖典礼四个环节,具体日程和安排详见决赛通知书。
三、参赛要求
1.内容具体、充实健康、积极向上、感情真挚,能清晰地表达出自己独特的感悟、感受和体验。
2.能多角度地观察生活和社会现象,捕捉事物的特征,力求有创意地表达。
3.作品必须是原创新作,不得抄袭作假,不得一稿两投,一经发现,立即取消其参赛资格。
4. 作品字数:不超过5000字。
四、奖项设置
(一)学生奖
“创意作文专家特别推荐奖”,“创意作文特等奖”,“创意作文金杯奖”,“创意作文金牌奖”,颁发获奖证书及奖品。
(二)教师奖
十佳辅导教师奖:指导教师或班主任需对作品进行深入的点评或分析,优秀的论著将获得“创意作文十佳辅导教师”荣誉,颁发证书及奖品,并在国家级教育媒体发表。
(三)优秀组织奖
优秀组织奖,分为单位优秀组织奖和个人优秀组织奖。
单位优秀组织奖,组委会将赠送语文写作图书角(价值5000元精品图书)同时加入到创意作文研究与教育基地学校联盟中,组委会将优先提供专家资源与学校实行对接,开展公益讲座、学术交流、课题研究、图书出版及作文培训等活动。
个人优秀组织奖,组委会将颁发证书和奖品。
五、其他
(一)决赛获奖作品主办方将在合作媒体予以发表,决赛获奖作品由华语教学出版社结集出版发行(结集出版不再支付稿酬)。获得专家推荐的作品将在公开媒体上发表(不再支付稿酬)。
(二)大赛决赛期间将举行颁奖仪式,届时大赛合作媒体将全程予以报道,颁奖仪式将邀请中国作协领导、开展创意写作教学高校的院系负责人、北京大学及清华大学中文系教授、社会知名作家等为大赛获奖者颁奖,并与参加决赛的选手合影留念。
(三)获得大赛“专家特别推荐奖”的学生有机会获得知名高校自主招生考试资格,同时可获得价值3万元的国际游学基金;获得“创意作文特等奖”的同学将获得价值8000元的国内游学基金。
(四)所有奖项将在总决赛期间予以表彰,颁发证书及奖品。
