Whenever I go out to a restaurant with Chinese people they always tell me how Chinese food is so healthy and how western food is so bad :cry: . Stop me if I'm wrong but most of the Chinese food I've seen is soaked in grease :shock: , deep fried, drowning in MSG and the meat is nothing but fat. In every apartment I've renting in China the first thing I had to clean, degrease and fumigate was the kitchen. The cooker, walls and vents are always dripping with grease. I see everyone in line at the grocery store with 10 gallons of cooking grease.Back home a small bottle of cooking oil would last me at least 6 months. One of these large Chinese bottles would last me 5 or more years. The only place you can find bottles that big back home is in Sam's Club or some other warehouse style grocery store designed to cater to prisons and hospitals.One last thing, I'm always told by Chinese people how bad McDonalds is and how much they hate it but everytime I pass a McDonalds or a KFC 99% to 100% of the patrons in there are Chinese. The only thing keeping McDonalds in business in China are the Chinese people lining up in long lines to buy this western food that they hate so much.And I know what some of the Chinese people will say "Chinese food in restaurants are bad but Chinese food at home is healthy".......sorry but I've eating at enough Chinese peoples homes to know that isn't always the case.Basically all food is healthy no matter what country it's made in, it all comes down to how the cook cooks it.

Behave well ring the travel Huaguo Mountain is a famous tourist attraction in Lianyungang. Every year many tourists come here to enjoy its beautiful scenery. But a few years ago, a lot of bad behaviors happened quite often ring the travel. Some threw littles, painted on the walls, and spit on the ground everywhere. Some picked flowers, destroyed trees and hurt animals. And even worse, some smoked in the woods. How dangerous! Luckily, things have changed now. Rubbish is always put into stbins. People are friendly to animals. Nobaby smokes around the woods and places of interest are well kept. All these changes make us happy. This happened two weeks back...it was sunday around 11 in the morning.The day was really hot. ..And I got ready to meet a friend as we had some work...I had to catch a local train to meet my friend who was waiting.On my way towards platform I heard a low voice from behind and as I turned I saw an old woman in her 80s was climbing steps to reach platform...Where she had to catch a train .she was carrying a heavy bag and was not able to walk properly.She asked me to help her to reach platform.I went to help her and carried her heavy bag and assisted her with my hand.
She was even going towards opposite direction and I guided her towards right platform.
The old woman was happy that someone came to help her.She thanked and blessed me.I felt joy in my heart to help her even though she was a stranger to me.
