首先做播音员声线要够好，或者有特色。
然后，做英文播音员肯定英语口语一定回是标准的英音或者美音，不能答是两者混合。如果是有地方口音，绝对也是不行的。
最好是有校园广播经验，或者是电台实习证明，这种比较容易进电台和电视台。
最后播音设备各种也要有所了解，因为新人正式上播音需要一段时间培训，刚进去都要做助理观摩的。
