Organically raised animals are NOT given antibiotics, growth hormones, or fed animal byprocts. The use of antibiotics in conventional meat proction helps create antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria. This means that when someone gets sick from these strains they will be less responsive to antibiotic treatment. Not feeding animal byprocts to other animals reces the risk of mad cow disease (BSE). In addition, the animals are given more space to move around and access to the outdoors, both of which help to keep the animals healthy.
Organic meat and milk are richer in certain nutrients. Results of a 2016 European study show that levels of certain nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids, were up to 50 percent higher in organic meat and milk than in conventionally raised versions. This may be because organic milk and beef come from cattle that graze on a natural diet of grass, while conventional meat and milk usually comes from animals fed with grain.
Organic food is GMO-free. Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) or genetically engineered (GE) foods are plants or animals whose DNA has been altered in ways that cannot occur in nature or in traditional crossbreeding, most commonly in order to be resistant to pesticides or proce an insecticide. In most countries, organic crops contain no GMOs and organic meat comes from animals raised on organic, GMO-free feed.

躺在木盆内，身子侵在冰凉的灵液之中，萧炎有些沉醉于体内的那股充实的力量之感，按照寻常的突破模式，一般在到达第七段之后会有一段时间的温养期，而有着筑基灵液相助的萧炎，却是直接跳过了这时期，到达了充盈阶段。
在木盆中静坐了一会，待得欣喜的心情逐渐平复之后，萧炎这才慢吞吞的站起身来，*的身子沾着淡青的水珠，在阳光的反射下，炫耀着异彩。
慵懒的伸了一个懒腰，体内的骨骼，犹如重生一般，响起一阵清脆的霹雳啪啦之声。
随意的扭了扭头，萧炎右手对着床榻之上一招，吸力喷射而出，顿时将衣物卷入了掌心之中。
“不错，斗之气果然充沛了不少，凭现在所造出的吸力，应该能镊动一个人的体重了吧？”穿好衣物，萧炎眉头微皱，喃喃道：“可惜，这“吸掌”，似乎并没有多大的攻击力，那种所谓的强行抽取对手体内血液，也只能对付远比自己等级低的人，对上同等级或高级的对手，却是有些鞭长莫及了…”
想到此处，萧炎有些遗憾的叹了一口气，这可算是他的第一项斗技啊。
抿了抿嘴，萧炎刚欲踏出木盆，心头突兀一动。
眼瞳略微散着莫名的亮光，萧炎右掌缓缓的曲卷，双眼紧紧的盯着自己的手掌，片刻后，手掌隔着半尺距离，对准了一只花瓶。
舔了舔嘴唇，萧炎体内的斗之气没有经历任何特定的脉络，就这般直挺挺的从掌心中喷而出…
斗气外放，至少需要大斗师级别，才能勉强做到，所以，萧炎的此次举动，除了造出一阵不大不小的轻风之外，并未有其他的半点效果。
轻风从掌心中喷出，将那只花瓶吹得剧烈的摇晃了几下，差点便是摔落下桌子…
斗气未外放，萧炎不仅未失望，反而一脸欣喜，有些兴奋的搓了搓手，快速的后退了几米，右掌再次对准花瓶。
