区属市级重点中学：每位考生限填2所区属市级重点中学，初中学校要鼓励和引导考生填报就近的重点高中学校。还应填写是否愿意服从调配，服从调配栏未填写视为服从调配。志愿表一旦上交，任何人不能更改志愿。指标到校预录的考生(含励志班、巴蜀班、留守少年班的考生)，第一志愿必须填报推荐报读学校。
区属一般普通高中：报考区属非重点中学的学生可以不填写志愿，根据就近入学的原则实行划片招生。
