Nowdays,more and more Chinese people invite friends and family to dinner with western style meal.especially in youth.is western style meal really more delicious than Chinese meal?maybe not,I think the reason is the tone of western style meal appears more elegant than Chinese meal.but I don't think we should give up Chinese food.frist,Chinese food has deep and rich culture.second,full of nutrition and good taste with good looking is the character of Chinese meal,but a short coming of chinese meal is no pulblic dishware. everyone use own chopsticks take food from one bowl or plate,It seems not neat and dignity.
however,As a chinese,I think we should keep our food culture.but public dishware is necessary.west style meal give people good image,but it doesn't taste delicious enough in many time.
in fact,there is the third selection:buffet inner.people stand in line, take own plate,seclect different food (chinese and west),and have a seat with friends for dinner.I think this way is the best,because it has three merit:delicious,rich nurtrition;neat and has an elegant tone.
