Percy Bysshe Shelley (1792-1822)

English Romantic poet who rebelled against English politics and conservative values. Shelley was considered with his friend Lord Byron a pariah for his life style. He drew no essential distinction between poetry and politics, and his work reflected the radical ideas and revolutionary optimism of the era. Like many poets of his day, Shelley employed mythological themes and figures from Greek poetry that gave an exalted tone for his visions.

雪莱浪漫主义理想的终极目标就是创造一个人人享有自由幸福的新世界。他设想自己是日夜飞翔的夭使、飘浮蓝空的云朵、翱翔太空的云雀，乃至深秋季节的西风，是新世界理想的传播者、歌颂者、号召者。他以美丽的语言、丰富的想象描绘了这个新世界的绚丽画面，而且豪迈地预言：“如果冬天已经来临，春天还会远吗？” 因此，恩格斯赞美雪菜是“天才的预言家”。
雪莱是英国卓越的积极浪漫主义诗人。他和声名显赫的拜伦，被公认为是十九世纪英国诗坛的两颗巨星。英国人提起他们的名字，就如同我们谈到李白和杜甫一样。

《Tomorrow will be better》，即《明天会更好》的英文版，该歌曲由ATT-9多重合唱团演唱。

《明天会更好》由中国台湾群星演唱的歌曲，由罗大佑、张大春、李寿全、邱复生、徐乃胜、张艾嘉、詹宏志作词，罗大佑作曲，陈志远编曲，收录在1985年发行的单曲专辑中。2005年，该曲再次收录在为“印度洋海啸大灾难”制作的专辑《真情暖人间》中。2008年11月15日，罗大佑凭借该曲获得第六届东南劲爆音乐榜华语乐坛杰出贡献奖。
