Working Indivially or Working in a Team
There are basically two ways to get work done. One is to work indivially. In this way, people can decide for themselves when to start work and how to do it. What』s more, they will be able to learn bow to solve problems on their own.
People may also choose to work in a team, where they can learn from each other and help each other. Besides, they may work out better ways to get work done by discussion.
Personally, I prefer to work in a team, which offers me a chance to learn how to get along with others and to share my experiences with them. As the work can be divided among several people, it can be done efficiently. Teamwork is always important.

今年的作文題目及類型與去年的幾乎一致。今年的作文雖然以「人們完成工作的方式通常有兩種」這一話題為寫作的出發點，但是這一篇作文更接近英語課堂。下面本人從英語教學的角度來簡單的分析一下今年的高考作文。
一、從教材的角度分析
首先我們先一起來看看課本中每一個單元都必不可少的一些語句：
1. With a partner, discuss…..
2. Discuss these questions with others in your class….
3. ….check your answer with others in your class….
4. In group, discuss…
5. Answer the following questions in groups….
通過上面的句子我們可以看出課本時刻要求著學生在學習過程中要合作學習、合作解決問題等。也就是說學生在學習中也要：Working in a Team. 俗話說「眾人拾柴火焰高」，不論是工作也好還是學習也好Working in a Team是必不可少的。因此Working Indivially or Working in a Team這一題目緊密的結合了教材。
二、從教師的角度分析
教師在教學過程中使用最多的教學方法之一就是讓學生分組討論，合作學習。但是在這一過程中有的學生能夠積極的Working in a Team，而有的學生則保持沉默進行Working Indivially。這就出現了兩種選擇，即：Working Indivially or Working in a Team. 這一話題對於英語教師來說是老師教學法的一個熱點，因此這一作文題目緊扣課堂。
三、從學生的角度分析
