幸福不是一種狀態，而是一種心態。人生充滿忙碌，但人們依然可以選擇詩意地棲居在大地上生活繁瑣而艱辛，但寧靜的心靈和滿腔熱忱會彈奏出精彩的樂章!
愛是人生之源，一個人的心中倘若沒有愛的泉水，那也就不會有人生的綠蔭。有了愛，縱然是滿眼陰雲、遍地荊棘，你都會對這個世界充滿無限的迷戀和神往。愛造就人成為獨一無二的動物，物質的貧缺只會導致人生的艱難，而愛的匱缺則會使人生空虛和靈魂孤獨。
令人心痛的是，在這個越來越崇拜物質的年代，一些人變得急功近利和急於求成，物質左右著他們的心靈，其心靈世界猶如乾涸的沙漠。心不乏則身不累，有人說，像螞蟻一樣工作，像蝴蝶一樣生活，這樣的人，其生命一定是陽光般燦爛炫美。成功學家拿破崙希爾曾經說過：「人與人之間，只有很小的差異，但是這種很小的差異可以造成巨大的差異。很小的差異即積極的心態還是消極的心態，巨大的差異就是成功和失敗。」
愛能使人懂得憂傷與痛苦，同時也能使人擺脫憂傷與痛苦，令平凡的生活充滿情趣與意義。英國著名詩人蘭德暮年時在一首詩中寫道：「我不和誰爭，和誰爭我都不屑，我熱愛大自然，其次就是藝術，我雙手烤著生命之火取暖，火萎了，我也准備走了……」蘭德的這首小詩表現了一個走進暮色的老人通達從容、積極樂觀的人生態度和寧靜淡泊、鉛華洗盡的人生境界。愛讓生活多份陽光，種樹的牧羊人不也正是如此嗎?
人應該堅守自己的信念和操守，為追求心中的光明耐得住孤獨、耐得住寂寞。愛是一種德行，崇高的愛，不但能體驗美，還能創造美。愛是種子，誰播種愛，誰就能收獲美麗。
