反思：教師對學生的主體意識的尊重尤其重要。教師要把每個學生當作一個版具有獨特經驗和情感態度的人，權與學生建立一種真誠平等，信任的相互關系，在教學中關注學生的親歷親為，實際上是對學生自主性、創造的尊重。對於學生在課堂上的表現教師要時時用積極的語言予以肯定和鼓勵，這正是羅森塔爾效應即教師期望效應的有效體現。
