任伯年個人生平

任伯年是清末著名畫家，名頤，真名任工，字伯年，號小樓，浙江山陰人，後到上海，三十年中以賣畫為生。擅長人物、花鳥畫，是晚清「海上畫派」的首領人物和傑出代表，與任熊、任熏、任預合稱「上海四任」，又與蒲華、虛谷、吳昌碩合稱「上海四大家」。

任伯年自幼聰慧，曾在十幾歲青年時期，在太平天國的軍中「掌大旗」，直到天京淪陷，任伯年才回家鄉，後至上海隨任熊、任熏學畫。以後長期在上海以賣畫為生。任伯年為人率真，不修邊幅，學畫時近30歲，畫多而名聲漸大，但其身心深受鴉片之害，損傷元氣，導致年僅56歲就過早去世。

任伯年是我國近代繪畫史上傑出的畫家，徐悲鴻說他是「仇十洲之後，中國畫家第一人。」英國《畫家》雜志認為：「任伯年的藝術造詣與西方梵高相若，在十九世紀中為最具有創造性的宗師。」代表作有《三友圖》、《酸寒尉象》、《獻瑞圖》、《鍾馗》、《承天夜遊圖》、《野塘雨後》等。
