不建議盲目搜索範文。
網上流傳的各種「托福寫作範文」來源並不明確，範文質量沒有保證，盲目模仿或照抄而來的作文未必是一篇高質量作文。照抄範文會造成不同考生作文中出現雷同語句的情況，在作文評分時的機器「查重」這一關評價會很低。所以，模仿或照抄範文寫托福作文，很難得到理想分數。想要提高托福寫作成績，最權威的官方範文請參考托福考試機構 ETS 出版的托福官方指南（official guide，簡稱OG），OG 上明確了托福寫作的評分要求和應對策略，並且給出了獨立寫作和綜合寫作各個分數段的範文和考官評價。OG 比其它寫作教材更有針對性，也更具權威性。另外，範文的意義在於參考，想要獲得理想的托福作文分數，不能僅僅依靠背誦或套用範文。准備托福寫作，重點是要看考試的評分要求，並且對照自己的情況，做針對性的能力訓練。可以按照以下步驟進行：
熟讀 OG 上關於寫作的評分要求，認真研讀官方的滿分範文。
做一套 TPO 寫作題目（包括獨立寫作和綜合寫作），找到自己的作文和滿分作文的差距。
根據內容、結構、語言三個方面的能力強弱，制定一個有針對性的訓練計劃。比如，內容方面需要觀察生活、積累作文素材；結構方面得研究議論文的寫作框架；語言方面要多學習別人地道的表達。如果是聽力或者閱讀問題，導致綜合寫作不好，則要強化聽力和閱讀。
做階段性的能力測試（比如每周做一套 TPO），實時掌握自己的能力提高情況，並對計劃作出調整。

There may be one or two disadvantages to this living arrangement; however, I believe that there are far more advantages.First of all, some minor disadvantages to living with an American family include both a lack of privacy and little opportunity to have independence (be independent). For instance, the foreign student may find that the family expects him to join them in group activities such as watching television and going on picnics. At times, however, he might enjoy staying in his room to read or to write letters to his family and friends. My opinion about this subject is that it depends in (on) your level of comprehension regard (regarding) conversational english (English). In other words; (words,) if you understand a considerable amount of english (English) language, your best bet would be to chose (choose) living with an American family. But, if your comprehension level is so low, in which (that) a basic communication is not possible, then (it) would be wise to (for) you to choose living with people of your same country and (or) language.

這個是ets公布的題庫，真實考試托福的作文題目不一定從裡面抽取，回我所有的題庫都做過練習答，個人感覺真實考試題目從裡面抽取的幾率很小，相反機經重復的頻率很高，但也不絕對，我考的時候的題目就在哪兒也沒有見過。。。我聽過一個傳言說是每年年末的機經重復率最高，尤其是獨立作文，我也不清楚是不是真的，我年初考的。。。185說白了僅作參考，可以練習，樓上說可以練口語1、2很對，建議樓主多找找機經看看練習

樓主關於作文的寫作，最好脫離模板的模式，因為閱卷的人也知道有模板這個東西，我建議你應該從思維上改變去寫作文，就是用美式思維法寫作文。
美國人的思維就是「線性思維」。即典型「總---分---總」的寫作思維。這種思維源於美國的presentation。即美國學生在課堂上的演說。他們做這種演說所遵循的原則是「總---分---總」。在新托福寫作中，用這種思維最容易獲得高分。
按照這種思維模式，托福作文應該寫成三個層次。也就是我們確立了中心思想後應該找到三條理由來支持。這種思想使托福作文很容易達到24分。想達到27分以上，就應該在這三條理由中再各找出兩條理由來支持。托福作文要寫五段：第一段為中心思想段；二、三、四段為支持段落；最後一段為總結段落。

兩者抄不是一回事，如果找襲到的話都可以看一看，積累些思路和素材。至於哪個好用，真的是見仁見智，自己可以做出判斷。另外備考托福作文，僅僅看別人的範文是遠遠不夠的，還需要有自己的思考，這種邏輯訓練需要自己多寫提綱多練筆，只有經過自己寫的過程，作文才會有更大的進步，得到最深入細致的練習。不能止於看別人的作文。
