Drink milk and enough wather is good for your health, too. Secondly, you'd better do exercise every day. I do exercise everyday, I often run and jump. I sleep about seven hours a day. I think I need to do my homework quickly and then I can sleep for a long time. I don』t watch TV at weekdays, I watch on Saturday and Sunday. I seldom eat sweet snacks like sweets, chocolate and biscuit. And I sometimes drink soft drink. They are not good for our health.
I usually have bread, milk and an egg for breakfast, meat and vegetables for my lunch and supper. I sometimes have noodles for lunch.
This is my lifestyle and diet.
