十年後，談過幾次戀愛？結識過幾個讓你認為值得你付出的人？結婚了？或者還是一個人（想想也不是沒這個可能呢，也許十年後你還是沒改掉倔強、無理取鬧的壞習慣，沒人忍受的了你的壞脾氣，或者自己覺得獨立的不需要男人。要是這么慘的話，抱抱你吧）？不管遇到什麼事情，你必須切記，女人得對自己好一點，沒有任何事情、任何人值得你為此徹夜難眠。
十年後，陪你走下來的親人身體都還好吧，是否經歷了讓自己難受的要死的生死別離。做為一個晚輩，你應該更加聽話些，更孝順些。工作繁忙的你有沒有經常陪陪他們呢，哪怕是一個電話，多聊聊天也好。社會上的人爾虞我詐，親人面前才會是最真實的自己吧。他們永遠是最值得你珍惜的人呢。

十年後，你還在堅持跑步嗎？我所經歷的一切都告訴我，身體健康是一個人活著最重要的東西，沒了身體就沒有事業沒有家庭沒有未來。希望那時的你千萬不要是天天跑醫院啊，要知道我天生對醫院過敏，一進那裡就頭昏想吐，所以你必須體諒我。每天多喝水、多吃水果、多吃蔬菜、多運動做個健康的人。
十年後的你，你快樂嗎？你有沒有特別遺憾或者後悔的事情？你會不會看到這封信的時候想對我說，不要選擇這樣的路，會太艱辛。或者，你會說，堅定地走下去，一切都會值得的。又或者，過了這些年，你還是沒有答案，攤攤手說，我不知道。別人眼中的艱難，只要你自己覺得不苦就不算什麼，只要你能自得其樂，那就是你的財富。有故事的人才是值得別人去探究的。所以你完全不用在意他人的評價。自己選擇的路，就算是跪著也要走完。
十年不用搭理不想搭理的人，不用記住不需要記得的事，不用在乎不值得在乎的人，這樣就一切都很好了。所以，我身邊的人們啊，一定要完成我的這個願望。不要讓我陪著笑臉給你搭訕，不要勉強我做我不想做的事，也不要覺得你是我的誰我一定要記得你一定要在乎你。只要讓我一個人做我想做的事，和讓我覺得舒服的人呆在一起，偶爾收到一包德芙，這樣就很好了，就很滿足了。不用在乎那些不在乎我的人，不用花心思在那些不對等的感情中，友情如是，愛情更如此。
會不會？還沒到十年，發生了什麼以外，你就不得不離開這個世界。車禍？疾病？或者一時想不開結束生命了（不過這個可能性不大，我知道你膽小）？你知道的，不管是我，還是你，早晚都會有那麼一天，我們必須離開。但其實不必那麼害怕，一切在生死面前，都不那麼重要。坦然面對才是王道。所以呢，從現在開始，面對未知的未來，更應該簡單快樂的過每一天，珍惜每一天。
你知道的，你一直都知道的，你所有的一切也不過是自己，自己這一生的時間。了解自己是一項功課，每天都要做。把握自己，按照自己的心意選擇自己的生活，是最重要的。不管生活給你什麼，都要勇敢接受。我希望與你的真心交流，請不要告訴我為了生活，你早就將心封起來了。也不要嘲笑我，是的，我一無所有，對未來迷茫，沒有你那麼多的社會經歷，但是我如此真誠。
