我們學校的旁邊有一條北港河，這條北港河的周圍原來是很美麗的，但是因為有些人故意去撞那些護欄，使一個個護欄掉在了河裡。據我們的老師說，修一個護欄要花上幾千元，一修就花掉幾萬元。可是有些市民仍舊故意去撞那些護欄，使這些護欄一次又一次地掉在了河裡。我建議應該在附近裝一個電燈，在電燈上裝一個微型攝像機，把那些人的做法拍下來，放在桐鄉電視台上，再找到那個人，讓他把護欄修好。
我們現在有許多居民都養了小狗，每到傍晚，人們都會走到北港河畔遛狗，那些小狗都不講衛生，經常隨地大小便。當我放學路過北港河時，經常看見那綠油油的草地里「藏」著一堆狗屎，北港河旁的潔白的小路上也有著一兩堆狗屎。有一次，我連續3次看見一位清潔工用掃帚拚命地掃地上的一堆狗屎。可見狗屎不是很容易掃掉的。我建議在小區里建一個狗的游樂場，工作人員看到狗屎及時整理。
我們放學時有許多汽車和老式的助動車都停在了我們的校門口，不但影響了我們的放學秩序，還使我們聞道了許多廢氣。當一輛老式的助動車開動的時候，那廢氣是濃得不得了，開到200米外還聞得到。這廢氣污染嚴重地影響了我們的空氣質量。我建議把這些老式的助動車里的排放器重新組裝過，使老式的助動車不再排放那污染環境的廢氣。
我們小區里的垃圾桶沒有建築垃圾和生活垃圾的垃圾桶分類，只有一個大的垃圾桶，建築垃圾都丟在垃圾箱旁，我們丟生活垃圾的是時候就不能丟到垃圾桶裡面，就丟在垃圾桶外面，別的人看見了也丟在垃圾桶旁，使丟在外面的垃圾堆積如山，引來許多隻蒼蠅，這樣使人們更加不想把垃圾扔進垃圾桶了。我建議把建築垃圾和生活垃圾分類處理。
現在我們桐鄉的經濟越來越發達了，可河水也越來越臟了：北港河裡的上漂浮著楊柳葉子，我家附近的小河裡滿是死魚。我知道你們已經禁止工廠排放廢水，但是有些工廠還在偷偷地排放廢氣，使我們原本清澈的河水受到嚴重的污染。
環保局局長叔叔，「保護環境人人有責」不是一句口號，而是一個行動。讓我們改掉以上的陋習，創建一個文明、環保的桐鄉吧！
