I don't think following fashion is a good thing.
Firt of all ,one who follows the fashion wants to make him or herself special.But think of this ,is everyone is in fashion ,is fashion still fashion? Will it make you special? The answer is a certain No. If it can't make you special will you still be following fashion?
And ,take clothes as an example. Some children like to buy fashionable clothes. That is quite expensive you know and some families can't afford such a thing .But what if the child insist on buying one? And what if the parents haven't enough money?
Then ,following fashion takes a lot of time and may have a bad effect on daily study or work. Isn't it a bad thing?
So ,don't follow fashion so neatly, just be yourself

Nowadays, an increasing number of college students are pursuing fashion, which has aroused a great concern in the society. Some, even at the beginning of their college life, begin to make every effort to buy a variety of famous-brand procts, such as clothing, cosmetics, computers, cellphones, MP3s and so on. Some take part in different kinds of popular entrainment activities, for example, birthday party, playing tennis, playing bowling, dancing in nightclubs and singing in KTV. As a result, when it becomes a kind of luxury to pursue fashion, all these will bring about a burden to these young people financially and mentally.
The blindness in following fashion has a great impact on college students. First of all, the pursuit of fashion is a costly hobby, which will impose great financial burden on their parents. Besides, it is possible for college students to get lost in following the tide. Some of them even fail to focus on their study. Last but not least, as the future leading consumers, some students pay more attention to enjoying fashion at university, and they will be not likely to set a good example in the society.
As far as I am concerned, college students should cherish ambitions rather than become slaves of fashion. As for them, the main task on campus is not pursuit of fashion but study. All in all, college students should adopt a more reasonable attitude towards the pursuit of fashion.

Train as a model
In this day and age,it is not uncommon to hear that lots of news about some successful models.After reading this poster of the competition,I would like to to train as a model.In this essay,I will explain the reasons for my choice.
First and foremost,my dream is to become a famous model.To improve my fashion skill,I read fashion magazines every day and learn to use cosmetics, to change my hair style and to
buy some beautiful and fashionable clothes. It goes whitout saying ,I usually watch TV programmes about fashion.I am sensetive in fashion and hope that i can enter the course .
Added to the above, I am sure that i would be a competent model! am a graate and got a diplomafrom a fashion school.Also,I have joined some competitions about dance and catwalk an I won some prizes.Besides,I am tall and good-looking.If I could join the course,I would meet many models from different walks of life. Our iedas of fashion can be exchanged so that i can widen my horizon and get theopportunities to learn how to be a good model!It is no doubt that my inter-personal skills and co-operation skills can be enhanced though communicating with other models.I'm sure that I will try my best to learn .Train as a model is such a meaningful task for me !
