"The promotion of energy-efficient and new-energy vehicles is a necessary step in the country's energy development and in the revival of the auto instry," said Ouyang, a Tsinghua University professor.
In China, coal makes up about 70 percent of its total energy consumption, 40 percentage points higher than the world average.
The country is seeking the development of other energy sources than coal to shift its heavy reliance on coal and rece pollution.
Premier Wen Jiabao said in the government work report delivered to lawmakers Thursday that the country will "energetically develop a circular economy and clean energy."
The country would promote R&D on technologies in new energy sources and develop clean energy such as nuclear, wind, and solar power this year, according to Wen's report.
Yang Qi, honorary president of the Nuclear Power Institute of China and a CPPCC National Committee member, urged the country to develop new technologies to conserve energy and rece emissions.
He said the country is stressed by targets to improve energy efficiency and rece emissions, as the country is expected to initiate more projects under the huge 4-trillion-yuan stimulus plan.
Premier Wen said Thursday the country's energy consumption per unit of GDP fell by 4.59 percent from the previous year, chemical oxygen demand down by 4.42 percent, and sulfur dioxide emissions down by 5.95 percent.
Over the past three years, total energy consumption per unit of GDP dropped by 10.08 percent, chemical oxygen demand down by 6.61 percent, and sulfur dioxide emissions down by 8.95 percent, according to the Premier.
China aims to cut energy consumption for every 10,000 yuan (1,298 U.S. dollars) of GDP by 20 percent from 2006 to 2010, with emissions to drop 10 percent.

Every person has his own ideal job. Some people wish to be doctors， while others want to be teachers and so on.

As far as I am concerned， I have been dreaming of being a guide for a long time. First， my major is the manage of tourism， so I want to get a job about tourism. Secondly， good guides are knowledgeable and amiable， meanwhile， they have wide vision. Finally， guide can constantly expand his knowledge and understand lots of customs about different cultures and countries.

To achieve my dream of being a qualified guide， I have to make sufficient preparations. There are different opinions among people have varied ideal job between freedom and high-pay. Some people hold that freedom is the most important to make a choice about job. They base their argument on the ground that freedom is happy to life in all. But others react to this view. They consider that high-pay can bring to more money for life better on the matters as well as sprits. Everyone can choose ideal job to achieve the value of the life. So, whatever choice about job do they make, they always work so increasingly hard that they try their best to handle it.

As to me, the ideal job is to become a teacher in the college. Firstly, collage teacher can have much time to do more something besides classing. For example, staying in the reading-room to reading, taking part in the meeting to discuss. So, from this perspective, they are freedom. In additions, as college teacher, they are paid to high salary to cope with personal thing that they needed to.

To be a college teacher, some effective measures have been taken as the follows: First and the most important, I continue to gain the more-higher degree of ecation.
