My Idol--Chairman Mao
Chairman Mao, one of the greatest heroes in China's history, is the person in the world I worship most. The reasons are as follows.
First, he is only a boy from a simple village. But after his effort, he becomes the top leader of a new China. Second, he has so many talents. He is not only a politician, militarist and social activist but also a poet and a calligrapher. Third, he suffered a lot of difficulties and setbacks, but he never gave up. bicycle riding is especially good for health. It is good exercise. If you go to work by riding a bicycle instead of driving or taking a bus, you can have a better chance of getting enough exercise you need everyday. Bicycling is also good for our environment. It is less noisy and does not pollute the air. I am glad to have ridden a bicycle to school when I studied in the high school.

Big companies, or small, both have benefits and disadvantages. Big company may give you a false sense of security. In large companies when they have layoffs, seem to layoff large groups, not just one or two people.
The advantage of a big company is you can get lost in the crowd. You do your work, and then you are able to come home and that is it. Then on the other hand a disadvantage, is that being lost in the crowd, you will not get recognition if you are doing a job well done. In most cases the congratulations go through many mouths before ever getting to you and then is never said, usually people forget to thank a whole line of people when they are all directly involved in a project. Most go unnoticed!
An advantage to a small company is that you are noticed, but in that it? a double edged sword, if you do well, or bad, they see it all. You may prefer to be your own boss and work in a small company where too you do your work and then go home. However these days working in a small company can require a lot of overtime, most without pay, e to staff rections and layoffs.
In searching for a company to work for know what you want ahead of time. Do not be afraid to ask how many people they have on staff. In this, you will be able to decide if the number is too large, that maybe you want a smaller company to work for.
