拔軍姿首先要立正，抬頭挺胸，兩眼目視前方，然後大拇指要貼於食指第二節，兩手必須緊緊地扣在褲子上，中指要緊貼褲縫線，腿一定要挺直，不能有彎曲的趨勢。
其實，光是這些還不算什麼，重要的是要保持這樣的姿勢站立很長時間，即使身體上的哪些部位癢癢或是有蟲子之類的生物在身邊飛也不能動彈。
拔軍姿真的很鍛煉人，它教會了我們什麼叫毅力，什麼叫堅持，更告訴了我們部隊有鐵的紀律，不能因為自己的小動作而影響了整體。
