高考英語作文離題，還需要根據內容，卷面整潔度和語法連貫性進行打分，具體分值如下：

1、第一檔（差）

沒有完成作文規定的任務、遺漏了主要內容，偏題、語言的結構非常單調、詞彙項目少、語法中錯誤較多，閱卷教師會給1－5分。

2、第二檔（較差）

較少使用語法，內容之間缺少連貫性，不能把自己寫的內容准確的傳達給讀者，閱卷老師一般會給6－10分。

3、第三檔（適當）：

就作文整體而言，達到了學寫作的目的地；文中應用的都是一些簡單的語句；雖然有語法和詞彙的錯誤，但是不影響讀者理解，這類作文一般會給11－15分。

4、第四檔（好，16－20分）：

高考英語考試改革

在發布會上，教育部綜合改革司司長宋德民介紹，教育改革要在重點領域和關鍵環節取得進展，重點是改革人才培養模式，改革辦學體制，改革管理體制，改革保障機制。他透露，今後幾年教育部的「1號文件」都將是關於改革的文件。
