⑴ 英語 留言條格式

英語留言條格式：

1.日期：

日期寫在右上角，只要寫出月、日或星期幾，有時只需寫明上、下午的具體幾點。

2.稱呼：

稱呼寫在第二行，要左起頂格寫。語氣可隨便一些。如Dear Tom, Tom, Xiao Wang等。

3.正文：

正文應再起一行，用詞要通俗簡明，只要把事情說清楚就行。

4.署名：

署名要寫在正文的右下角。一般的留言條只寫留條人的姓名，姓或名均可。請假條、借條的署名要正式些，在姓名前寫上Yours, Your student , Your friend等。遺失、啟事、招領啟事，有時不署名，只留下聯系單位的電話號碼。

2.請假條

請假條(written request for leave)是中學生必須掌握的常用應用文之一，它包括請病假(note for sick leave)和請事假(leave of absence)。請假條是用於向老師或上級領導等因身體狀況不好或因某事請求准假的場合。

英文請假條寫作需注意三點：

1) 英文中請假條的寫法和漢語請假條相同，它一般由四部分組成，即時間、稱呼、正文和簽名。

2) 一般而言，可認定請假條是一種簡單的書信文體。請假條一般寫在紙上，不用信封。其書寫格式與書信有很多相似之處，是書信的大大簡化。

3) 請假條的特點是要求開門見山、內容簡短、用詞通俗易懂。
