The way to keep healthy
It's certainly important to keep us healthy. Here are some things that we can do to stay healthy. First of all, we should drink more water every day, eat more vegetables and fruit. We also need to exercise more. As teenagers, we need to have no less than eight hours sleep every day. To get good sleep, we shouldn't drink coffee or tea before sleep. One more important thing is not to eat too many sweets. Last but not the least, don't make yourself too tired anyway.
If we bear all the above points in mind, I'm sure we'll all have good health.

What is my favourite teacher like? Why?
Among all the teachers, I like my English teacher best. She's pretty and friendly. She speaks beautiful English, her classes are great fun. We always listen to nice English songs and chants. We often have games and competitions in her class. She always encourages us to practise more. As a result, we've all made great progress and really love learning English. I'm really lucky to have such an amazing English teacher and I will try to be a good teacher like her in the future.

Shanghai, the best city I know

My parents are construction engineers, and their jobs take them wherever they are needed, usually from one city to another. I am their only child and live with them. In the past 15 years I have lived in quite a few cities, and of them all I find Shanghai to be the best.
Here in Shanghai I have got very good teachers. Not only do they have a good command of their work subject, but they are also good at teaching us students. Besides, they are very kind and friendly though a bit stricter. With their help, I have made much progress in my school work. I also have very good classmates, who are friendly, understanding and always ready to help me when I am in trouble. All this happens because I live in Shanghai, a fast growing city.
