1. 詞彙：繼續加強，不要鬆懈

攻克四級考試的單詞關需要的不是臨時突擊，而是日積月累。考生要把記單詞變成一項日常的工作，堅持每天都溫習前一天背過的單詞，並記憶新單詞，這樣才能
將詞彙爛熟於心。當然，在這個階段，考生也不必再記單詞上花費大量的時間，只需每天抽出10～15分鍾的時間即可，最主要的是堅持每天都溫習，不要在考前
鬆懈。
2. 語法：依然重要，參考真題
考生在做四級真題時，
要有意識地思考每道題目的考點，這其中就包括語法考點。在考前這段有限的時間內，考生沒有必要全面地復習語法知識，建議大家將語法復習的重點放在四級考試
的完型填空和翻譯真題上，對其常考的一些重要語法點，如虛擬語氣、定語從句、狀語從句以及動詞的非謂語結構等給予高度重視，並參考個人情況做好查漏補缺工
作。
題型突擊
關於題型，這里主要針對聽力、閱讀和寫作這三大題型提出一些備考建議，希望能夠幫助考生在接下來的備考中做到有的放矢。
1. 聽力：培養習慣，精聽真題
通常來說，相對於其他幾個部分，聽力更容易通過短期沖刺來提高分數，所以應成為考
生沖刺階段關注的重點。考生在這一階段應保證每天至少聽三十分鍾左右的聽力真題，可以以五天為一個階段，爭取在考前完整地聽完五六套聽力真題，具體的方法如下：
第一天：完整地聽一套四級聽力真題。在聽的過程中，要集中精力，但不要因計較聽懂多少而影響情緒，尤其要注意聽的過程不能間斷，不要因遇到聽不懂的單詞、詞彙或句子而中途中斷音頻。
第二天：把第一天聽過的音頻再重復聽一遍。同第一天一樣，考生不要急於把全文都聽懂。在聽完這一遍之後，再把原文拿出來大聲地朗讀一遍。
第三天：跟讀音頻。還是同樣的音頻，在這一遍聽的時候，考生每放一句音頻要停頓一下，以便自己跟著重復一句。按此方法將全部內容跟讀一遍。
第四天：將音頻再從頭到尾不間斷地聽一遍。這時考生應該可以感覺到基本能聽懂百分之九十以上的內容了。
第五天：再次跟讀，確認無誤。將同樣的音頻每放一句就停頓一下，然後跟著重述，重述之後對照原文，針對出錯的地方再聽音頻，再跟讀，直到完全重述正確為止。通過這樣的精聽訓練，考生不但能夠熟悉英語的語感和發音特點，還能訓練自己對英語的反應速度，提高做題效率。
2. 閱讀：改掉舊習，注意方法
相信考生在近半年的備考中已經增加了不少的閱讀量，在最後的沖刺階段，筆者建議考
生要著重訓練閱讀速度。有些考生在閱讀中養成了「指讀」或「筆讀」的習慣，結果嚴重影響了閱讀的速度。針對此，考生一定要著重通過訓練改變這一習慣。建議大家在備考閱讀時注意以下幾個方面：

考生在看文章時，不要每次只看一個詞，而是要加寬自己閱讀時的視幅，每次看4～6個詞，不要用手指或筆指著單詞挨個讀，而應用眼睛掃視。如果考生在最開始感覺不習慣或吃力，可以先訓練自己每次看兩三個詞，然後通過多次練習來逐漸達到要求。

重點閱讀和次要閱讀相結合。每一篇文章都有核心內容和次要內容，考生要學會分辨這些內容，並在閱讀中做到有主有次。通常情況下，應該重點閱讀的內容包
括：①小標題，對於一些設置小標題的閱讀文章來說(尤其是快速閱讀)，小標題具有重要的提示功能;②每段的首尾句，首尾句通常包含體現這段主旨的重要線
索，應該仔細閱讀;③表示邏輯關系的詞，這些詞彙不僅僅起到銜接句子的作用，同時也能提示考生哪些句子是有效的信息。

在閱讀中遇到不懂的詞(組)或句子等，不要在其身上逗留太多的時間，應盡量保持閱讀的連貫性。如果這部分內容涉及出題點，考生可在看完具體的題目後回原文定位時，再仔細分析和判斷其所表示的含義。
3. 寫作：研究範文，適當練習

寫作素材的積累是建立在大量的閱讀基礎上的。所以，考生的寫作備考過程要先從閱讀優秀的作文範文開始。在閱讀時，考生應認真分析範文的遣詞造句好在哪
里，應如何在自己的寫作中適當運用這些詞句，將之變成自己的「寫作模板」。在學習表達的同時，考生還要學習範文的結構，了解不同類型文章的不同論述方式。
考生不僅要學習範文中的優秀表達和結構安排，還要利用最後這一個月的時間多寫多練，至少要保證每周寫兩篇作文，寫作的題目就是近兩年四級寫作真題的題目。
雖然這些題目已經考過，但在文體和結構上有很大的參考意義。每寫完一篇作文後，考生要對照優秀範文找出自己的不足之處，取長補短。
時間分配

很多考生都有在考前挑燈夜戰的習慣，因為單詞還沒有背熟，語法還沒有掌握，真題還沒有做完……其實，這是一個非常不好的習慣。人確實有很強的短時記憶能
力，但對於英語考試來說，人的這種能力只能發揮極有限的作用。對於一些諸如政治、歷史的中文類考試，考生也許可以通過考前熬夜提高考試成績。但英語不同，
它是另外一套語言體系，考生在考英語時還需要一個「編碼轉換」的過程，所以說並不是通過短時的突擊記憶就能夠提高分數的。小編建議考生在考前一周一定要調
整好自己的生物鍾，按時休息，晚上不要熬夜，以保證白天精力旺盛。因為四級考試是從9:00～11:30，如果考生因為考試之前睡眠不足而到考場上感覺昏

1、中文提綱作文

(4)四級考試英語作文擴展閱讀：

報名條件

1、考試對象限制在普通高校內部四年制或以上根據教育大綱修完大學英語四級的在校大學本科生或研究生；
