書面表達是近年高考常選的命題方式之一，而且，所用體裁也相對穩定，以記敘文、應用文、說明文為主，題材多種多樣，有書信、日記、介紹、通知等，多數情況下，在提示中明確規定了用何種格式。

所以，考生只需根據表格里的提示內容，確定所要表達的要點，最後運用自己所掌握的句型和詞語知識，寫出一篇要點全、語句通、條理清、表達明、思路活、書寫正的短文。在具體操作時應注意以下兩點：

一、要謀好篇，布好局

在這六個要素中，人物、時間、地點通常放在文章的開頭；事件、原因通常放在文章的中間，它們是文章的主體；結果作為故事的結局通常放在文章的最後。

第一招：審題細心
審題好比駕駛員打方向，方向對了，哪怕開得慢點，也會順利到目的地。如果審題不清，書面表達的成績不知道會有多慘。學生真正開始寫作前，必須花相當一部分時間做寫前閱讀、思考等准備，包含以下四方面：
1)審體裁。根據情景提示首先要弄清寫何種體裁文章。
2)審結構。明確開始部分、正文部分和結尾部分，定好段落。
3)審格式。如日記、便條、書信、通知的格式等。
4)審內容。弄清什麼必需寫，哪些略寫，尤其是圖畫式書面表達，要學會連貫性，讀懂圖的意思。
