Human beings have worked with the space for decades .From the observation of stars in the sky of ancient people to the first satellite launched into space .From the first spaceship flying into the far space to the first people landed onto the moon .Human beings have done so much with the space .
Why ,you may wonder ,should we did this ?what advantages did we take of space exploring ?
For example , It is because space exploring that I can listen a radio sitting in my room ,I can watch TV at home to get information effectively .I can use a computer in my home to learn things easily without even using a wire,because I'm using a wireless network card .And we have learnt more about the space ,we may find some other energy or resources of the out space .All these are the benifits .
But there are also risks .
First ,the space may be polluted by human beings ,for we have sent so many satellites into the space in the course of exploring .
Then,there may be another horrific truth that we may be found by aliens because of the satellites sent to the far space .This is undoubtedly a disaster for us , human beings .
As far as human concerns ,we have to endeavour to develop technology to improve our life quality and to protect ourselves from disaters in the future .So althouth there are risks ,we have to go ahead , we have to explore the space .

Almost everyday we may see something in the newspaper or on TV about the latest exciting developments in space exploration. There is an immense pride in our science and technology and a sense of its importance for the welfare of mankind.
Not everyone , however, shares this feeling. Ever since space research began, it has been criticized as a huge waste of money and other resources, which might be used to help to relieve the suffering of the earth』s starving millions. It has also been felt that the space program might lead to the total destruction of the earth.
Despite these disadvantages and potential dangers, the advantages are far greater. We have already succeeded in using satellites for communications, weather forecast and oil exploration and with further space research, more problems we are having now can be solved. For instance, with the success of space shuttles and the feasibility of living in other planets, we may solve the population problem on the earth. Space projects will also enable us to find a few chemical elements to cure presently incurable diseases.
Space exploration contributes not only to the improvement of the quality of human life, but also to our understanding of the interdependence of all beings; and therefore, of the need to take better care of each other.

太空是個充滿魅力的神奇世界，在太空的生活更是個充滿魅力、令人好奇的神奇話題。
太空環境與地球環境大不相同，那裡沒有空氣，沒有重力，充滿危險的太空輻射。當然在封閉的空間站或太空梭艙內，有足夠的空氣供你呼吸，良好的航天器屏蔽材料可以有效地擋住太空輻射，只是「失重」會給生活帶來一些麻煩。
如果用地球上的方式去太空生活，那肯定會鬧出很多大笑話。比如吃飯，你端著一碗米飯，那飯會一粒粒飄滿你的座艙，你張著嘴可能一粒也吃不著；而你閉上嘴時，飯粒卻可能飄進你的鼻孔嗆你個半死。你想躺在床上睡個舒服覺，可是你會發現太空中找不到上下的界限，「躺」和「站」幾乎沒有什麼區別……
那麼宇航員們是如何在太空中吃飯與睡眠的呢？
100多種太空食品
宇航員的食物豐富多彩，從最初的十幾種已經發展到了100多種。宇航員每天一般吃4頓飯，一周之內的食譜不重復。有人以為宇航員的食品都是做成牙膏狀的擠著吃，肯定很乏味，其實這是早期宇航員的狀況，現在早已今非昔比了。宇航員可以在太空中吃到香腸餡餅、辣味烤魚、土豆燒牛肉、奶油麵包、豆豉肉湯、金槍魚沙拉、餅干、巧克力、酸奶、果脯、果汁等各種各樣的佳餚，美國宇航員甚至可以喝到他們愛喝的可口可樂。不過，宇航員吃飯並不能隨心所欲。他們必須按地面營養師為他們配製好的食譜用餐。美國太空梭上的宇航員吃飯時，先把標有第幾天第幾頓字樣的塑料袋從食品櫃中取出。每個塑料袋裡裝有7種食品，供一名宇航員食用。太空食品均為脫水食品，臨吃前可把食物放入一個碗形的容器中，再用注射器將一定數量的水注進容器，然後再放進烤箱里加熱。一頓飯不超過半小時就可以「做」好。
非同一般的吃飯動作
太空餐桌是特製的。它具有磁性，能吸住刀、叉、勺、碗、盤等餐具，桌上裝有水冷卻器和加熱器。吃飯時，宇航員必須先把腳固定在地板上，把身體固定在座椅上，以免飄動。面對擺在餐桌上的飯菜，你千萬不要著急，一定要注意端碗、夾飯、張嘴、咀嚼一連串動作的協調。端碗要輕柔，動作太猛，飯會從碗里飄出去；夾飯、夾菜要果斷，夾就要夾准、夾住，最好不要在碗里亂撥拉，以免飯菜飄走，使用叉子效果最好；飯菜夾住後，張嘴要快，閉嘴也要快，因為即使是放到嘴裡的食物，不閉嘴它也會「飛」走；咀嚼時節奏要放慢，細嚼慢咽利於消化，還可以減少體內廢氣的產生和排泄，避免宇航員生活環境的污染。
有些人最喜歡在吃飯時聊天神侃，而在太空吃飯最忌諱的就是邊吃邊說。邊吃邊說會使嘴裡嚼碎的食物碎末飛出嘴外，飄在餐廳或生活艙里，宇航員稍不注意吸進鼻腔就容易嗆到肺里發生危險。
特製的「王太太炒羊肉」
盡管太空食品供應充足，花樣齊全，營養豐富，但宇航員卻普遍抱怨在天上吃飯吃不出味道。科學家分析，原因可能不在食品本身，而是太空環境引起宇航員的味覺失調。如失重使鼻腔充血，導致味覺神經鈍化，唾液分泌發生變化影響味覺，或者因為看不到食物的顏色、聞不到食物的氣味而影響味覺。美籍華人宇航員王贛駿乘太空梭上天時，為了使他能有個好胃口，他的太太做了他平時愛吃的炒羊肉。這道食品被命名為「王太太炒羊肉」。
糊塗覺與奇異睡姿
宇航員在太空中睡覺的的確確是「糊塗覺」，其表現一是黑白不分，二是睡姿奇異。
黑白不分，是說宇航員在天上繞地球航行，太空日出日落由航天器繞地球一圈的時間而定。有時24小時內日出日落交替許多次，宇航員無法遵循地球上「日出而作，日落而息」的生活習慣，只好機械地按鍾點安排工作和睡覺。
睡姿奇異，是說宇航員在太空失重環境中找不到「躺」的感覺。在地球重力環境，人們習慣於把地心引力的方向定為「下」，把「天」的方向定為「上」，也就是人們常說的「腳踩大地，頭頂藍天」。可是到了失重的環境里，人們失去了「上」「下」的參照坐標，腳踩不到地，四周全是天，你根本分不清上、下，因此，睡覺也就沒有了「平躺」一說。由於無論站著、躺著，還是趴著都可以入睡，所以宇航員睡覺可以飄在太空艙里睡，掛在牆上睡，綁在床上睡，也可以吊在樑上睡，靠在桌邊睡。
不過大多數宇航員不習慣飄盪著睡。一旦從飄浮睡眠中醒來，他們會產生一種掉進萬丈深淵的感覺。為了獲得安全感，宇航員一般睡在固定的床上或固定在牆壁上的睡袋裡，睡袋拉緊後能給人體施加一定的壓力，使人消除那種飄飄欲墜的恐慌感。
千萬別把手腳伸出被外
有人睡覺習慣把手或腿放在被子外面。這在地面上看來是很正常的現象，可是在太空環境里，卻是很危險的。太空失重，睡眠中人的四肢會不受軀干支配而四處飄動。一名前蘇聯宇航員有一次把手臂放在睡袋外睡覺，醒來後突然發現有兩只大手向他臉上飄來，嚇了他一大跳。原來這飄動的兩只大手正是他自己的手。嚇一跳還是小事，如果宇航員睡著後，失控的「自由」之手、「自由」之腳萬一無意中碰到了什麼開關、什麼儀器，那太空艙的安全、宇航員的生命豈不成了大問題？所以，在太空中睡覺，千萬注意把手、腳放進睡袋裡。
奇特的洗臉和刷牙
由於太空的失重環境，在地球上看似簡單的洗臉、刷牙、刮鬍子、理發以及洗滌，到了太空都變成了很復雜和麻煩的事。
宇航員洗臉刷牙比較奇特，為了防止水到處亂飄，一般用濕毛巾擦一擦臉就算是洗臉了；刷牙時，用手指蘸上牙膏來回蹭幾下，然後再用濕毛巾把牙齒擦乾凈刷牙就算完成。如果像在地面上那樣刷牙，牙膏泡會飛得滿座艙都是。宇航員刮鬍子一般使用電動剃須刀，使用時還必須十分小心鬍子渣從剃須刀邊漏出來。太空艙本來就十分狹小，環保問題就顯得極為重要。如果細小的鬍渣飄在座艙里，清理起來會十分困難。
太空理發也很不容易，因此無論男女宇航員在上天之前都要把頭發理得短些再短些。但是長時間的飛行，頭發又會長長，怎麼辦？宇航員必須發揚團結精神互相幫助，一人理發，一人拿著吸塵器吸走剪下的頭發。
「桑拿室」和「洗浴袋」
在太空中洗澡更為麻煩。宇航員要把腳套在一個固定的環里，不然飄浮的身體被水一沖會不停地翻跟頭。失重狀態下的水全是一粒粒的小水珠，很容易嗆傷人，甚至嗆死人，所以洗澡時，宇航員還要戴上呼吸罩和護目罩。洗完澡後，身上的污水不會自動流下來，需要開動水泵連同空氣一起抽走。沾在帆布罩上的水也得用水泵抽走。洗一次澡，真正的洗澡時間只有15分鍾，可清理污水和其他准備工作卻需45分鍾。
後來，科學家對太空浴室進行了一些改進。比如俄羅斯和平號空間站的浴室像是一間桑拿室。宇航員進去後經過一段升溫，使身體出汗，然後用濕毛巾擦洗。由於不方便也不舒服，「桑拿室」又改成了一個像睡袋一樣的裝置。宇航員洗澡時，袋內有清水和浴液射出，搓洗完畢後，可以打開袋下的抽風機，把臟水抽走。美國太空梭上的浴室是個浴罩，浴罩下部也安有抽風機。宇航員洗澡時打開淋浴龍頭和抽風機，上面噴水下面抽水，會形成如同地面一樣的淋浴效果。
太空專用洗發液
宇航員的洗發液是特製的。這種洗發液96％的成分是從植物中提取的。由於在太空中不可能有很多的水供給宇航員沖洗頭發，所以宇航員使用的洗發液是免沖型的。它在失重的狀態下能變為十分細小的顆粒。洗頭時，它很容易帶走頭上的污垢。洗完後，用餐巾紙或毛巾一擦，洗發液就被清除得一干二凈。用這種太空洗發液洗過的頭發，完全不用發膠、摩絲和吹風機，既能顯示頭發的自然美又特別容易梳理。
據最新報道，俄羅斯和美國專家正在為兩國宇航員准備最新洗漱用品，但是他們在女宇航員的化妝品上產生了分歧。俄羅斯專家認為在太空完全沒有必要打扮，而美國專家卻認為香水、潤膚液、口紅等都是不可缺少的。(《中國國防報》 9月27日)
