I often spend weekends with my family. Sometimes my parents take me to visit our relatives. Sometimes we go swimming or go dancing and sometimes I go to read some instructive books. I often enjoy myself at weekends.

Now a lot of students go to school in a hurry so that they have no time to have breakfast. But not having breakfast will do harm to their health and their study.

Having no breakfast will throw the normal work of our digestive system into confusion. As a result, it will do harm to our health. And at our age it is high time for us to grow up. So our bodies are in great need of energy. If we don't have breakfast,there will be not enough energy to supply. This may stunt our growth.

What's more, it is a long period between breakfast and lunch. Breakfast provides us with the energy needed for the class. Without breakfast we cannot get along well with our classes. So for the sake of our health and our study, we must have breakfast.

But there are also some negative views about the one-child family. They think it is better to have a big family. Everyone in the family can help each other when they have difficulties. What is more, the more children they have, the better life they will live when they grow old.

In my opinion, it's enough for a family to have one child. Nowadays population expansion is one of the most serious problems in the world. Population expansion contributes to a series of problems: shortage of natural resources and food supply,crowded cities and high rate of unemployment. Some day the earth will be too crowded for people to live in.

獨生子女家庭

Contrary to those people, many others think advertisements are very unpleasant.Consumers are often cheated by the false advertisement on which consumers always waste a great deal of time. Those who smoke should make sure that the cigarettes are stubbed out before being thrown away. Also, smoking should not be allowed in public places. 30 percent of fire was caused by defective insulation. Workers should know the importance of good insulation for people's lives. At homes we must pay special attention to electric wires and make sure that they are safe. 20 percent of fire are caused by children playing with matches. We should warn children of the danger of playing with matches.

No matter what type of the reason it was, there was one thing in common:carelessness. So if everyone in the country is careful enough, more fire could be avoided.

I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn』t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me.At last, I was ill.

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o』clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn』t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC』s door. I haven』t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn』t come into contact with others frequently. It is very hot and wet today and is called sauna weather.
During my mom did the cooking in the kitchen, I saw her head was sweaty.I told her I could help her and she accepted.
After cooking,we were all sweaty .However, mum and I all felt happy. She said I was growing up and became her good assistant.

I think my teacher got out of bedon the wtong side this afternoon as she hasn』t cries.i went to office saw the boys unhappy.Because the students got their teacher』s goat became they didn』t do their homework..I think this is my teacher unhappy』s cause. Today, I saw a boy ,he played the handset.But didn』t saw the walls so he Rnocked we laugh up our sleeve at he knocked ,but he hurt his norse in the accident, and he was laying it on thick about how painful it was .
It』s also a happy day, isn』t it ?

My winter vacation
Many children are always looking forward to the winter vacation; this is because ring the vacation, children needn』 go to school; They can do everything they like,such as playing, watching TV, traveling, or even sleeping all the day and so on.and when winter vacation come on ,it means that spring festival will come on soon.
I spent the whole day at home nearly every day, I played with my computer .i played computer games and surved the internet. ring the vacation I,I still stayed in touch with my classmates and my friends.i thinked I hasve been a potatoes mouse .
During the spring festival,I visited my relatives ,and I got a lot of red bags.
Even though my vacation wasn』t crazy and exciting, but I really learnt a lot. It was good for relaxing, and I am getting ready for the coming new term now. Good-bye, my winter vacation.
Lantern Festival
The Lantern Festival, which occurs on the 15-th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year, marks the end of the New Year's Holidays.
Lanterns are everywhere. A most interesting tradition is the posting of riddles called 'Lantern Riddles.' Riddles are written on pieces of paper and posted on lanterns or wall. Any one solving the riddle is awarded a prize.
and the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan, i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup, my wife got a serious cold, so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. i look forward to the next spring festival.
