我敬佩的一個人，是我的一個朋友，也是我的一個大姐姐。她叫孔凱薇。她長得不算出眾，但她總是帶著甜蜜的微笑，這是她看起來顯得特別親切、可愛。
孔凱薇姐姐幾乎具備一名優秀學生的所有優點。我最敬佩的是她的學習，她學習好，不管是奧數、電腦、作文還是其它方面，她每一科都很優秀，並且還很會說話。她很愛學習，她也在上十二中，她是數學特長班的學生，所以她對數學特別有興趣。初中每天都會留很多作業，但她還是堅持每天做一些奧數題，經常是晚上十一二點才睡覺，早上還得早起，特別累。以前，我還以為是她父母硬要求她做的，後來得知是自己要求做的。我就明白了，孔凱薇以前就說過覺得做題是一種樂趣，能夠多做題也是對自己本身知識的提升，雖然累點，但收獲多呀。不僅如此，她學習還很認真，她過生日那天，說好了上午讓我們幾個小夥伴等她電話，然後到她家去玩。沒想到等到下午兩點鍾電話響都沒響。不會是我們家電話壞了吧，於是我給她們加打電話，原來，孔凱薇在上午十點鍾打電話前，給自己布置了一些題，沒想到題有些難，想把題寫完了再玩，沒想到一寫就……雖然害得我們白等了一個上午，但我也看到了她的認真，不得不敬佩她。
孔凱薇的心胸特別開闊，對朋友特別寬容。有一次，她向我借了一些錢，很久都沒還，我著急了卻老是找不著她人，以為她想賴帳，於是就在她背後說她的壞話。後來，朋友告訴我，這事傳到了孔凱薇的耳朵里，這下完了，她今後肯定不會理我了。果然，過了好幾天了，她都沒給我打電話，我一個人呆在家裡好悶，想出去玩害怕出去不小心遇到她，她當街說起我來，那多沒面子。所以我還是在家裡待著，這時，我突然收到了孔凱薇的電話，要我出來和她見一面。見面前，我還以為她一定會說我呢，沒想到一見面，她倒先說了一句「對不起」，還把錢一分不少的還給了我，我當時就愣在那了。我問：「那我在背後說你壞話的事呢？」她看我這樣說，趕忙拉起我的手說：「過都過去了，走玩去吧」說著拉著我的手就向球場跑去。此後，我再也不說她壞話了，我對朋友也變得寬宏大量了起來。

我最敬佩的人是那一位清潔工人。我僅僅見過她一面，但她那種形象，那種為人民服務的精神卻像一把利刀刻在我的心裡，給我流下了深刻的印象。在她身上，我體會到許多人生的道理。
那時第一次見她，是在放學的路上，當時下著傾盤的大雨。路上的人個個披著雨衣，撐著傘，匆匆忙忙地回家了。這時候，我望見了我家門口的垃圾堆旁，有一個人，在那清理垃圾，是誰在那兒呢？這么大的雨應該不會是清潔工人吧？帶著疑問，我走了過去。只見一位滿臉是塵埃阿姨，穿著破爛的雨衣，（水從雨衣的「洞洞」里流了進去）她十分認真地清理著垃圾。我吃驚極了，我從小到大，從沒見過一位清潔工人能在這么大的雨下，如此認真地為我們清理垃圾。他左手拿著鏟子，右手拿者笤帚，用笤帚把垃圾掃進鏟子上，用笤帚把鏟子夾著；再用鏟子把垃圾「送」進垃圾車里。我不由得問了：「阿姨！這么大的雨你還在清理垃圾啊？明天天晴再來還好拉。」這時候，阿姨他擦了擦身上的雨水，（那時已分不清是雨還是汗了。）打了一個「哈秋」。啊！她因為淋雨而感冒了！她又拿起笤帚，邊清理垃圾邊對我說用那沙啞的聲音對我講：「不行！我如果今天不快把這垃圾清理掉，那麼就會有更多的細菌滋生，到時，臭味沖天，這樣你們回受到影響，還會把市容影響了啊！」聽了她的話，我又問到：「可是你感冒啊！得去醫治才行啊！」聽了我的話，她似乎剛想起自己的病似的。笑著說：「沒事！我感冒只關繫到我自己的健康，清理垃圾卻關繫到大家的健康。你說，大家的健康重要還是一個人的健康重要？當然是大家的健康重要拉！所以，我得先清理了些垃圾再去看病啊！」說完，她又拿起了笤帚和鏟子，繼續工作。
這時的我愣住了。有人因為他們（清潔工人）的職業、地位卑微而小看他們，又因為他們臟，一見到他們就四處迴避。其實相比之下，他們又變得多麼偉大。如果世上沒有了清潔工人，那麼，大街小巷上都積滿了垃圾。到時，臭氣沖天，地球就像一個垃圾堆那樣，還美嗎？地球能夠這么美，他們是功不可沒的。剛才那個清潔工人就是那樣，在她感冒的時候，想到的卻是大家的健康，而不是自己。有人總是用歧視的眼光看他們，說他們沒用，可是他們沒有怨言，依然認認真真地為我們清理垃圾。在這個雨天，在這不顯眼的角落裡，幾乎沒人會發現這位「城市美容師」，更沒什麼人來這贊揚她，但她依然在那個平凡的崗位上做出不平凡的成績。她那種精神是十分令人敬佩的，也十分值得大家去學習的。
