是在嘴上說的，要體現在日常的生活中。多關心孩子和他們溝通，了解他們的想法，才能正確的引導他們。
其次是教師的專業素質。做一名幼兒教師，第一步就必須了解孩子的心理，孩子的喜怒哀樂都表現在臉上，只要你留心觀察，就會發現孩子的不同性格特徵，以便於
因材施教。像有的孩子愛哭，有點兒愛嬌氣，要讓他學著堅強一點；有的孩子比較內向，不愛說話，要多引導他，幫他樹立信心，多鼓勵；有的孩子很霸道，不喜歡

么東西都搶到自己手裡。所以要多組織孩子們在一起游戲、共同做一件事，來培養他們的團結合作精神。這樣的情況還有很多很多，我就不一一舉例了。第二步要學

的。第三步要學會和家長溝通。家長是孩子的第一任老師，如果家長能配合老師工作，在家嚴格要求孩子，不嬌縱孩子，這樣教學活動會開展得更順利，孩子會進步
的更快。如現在幼兒園普遍都在實施的：家園聯系手冊、家訪活動和親子活動，都是我們幼兒園和家長溝通的好方法。第四步是要有集體意識。獨木不成林，滴水不
成冰。一個人的力量是有限的，我們幼兒園是一個大家庭，每個人都是其中一分子，只有大家團結一致，共同進步，才能把幼兒園建設好！
最後是教師要具備良好的道德修養。只有具備了誠實、守信、自信、自尊、自愛的人，才是一個思想健康，積極向上的好老師。德育是一個人的立足之本。孩子的模
