I get up at 8 AM, then I have breakfast, after that, I usually read a book till half past 11 AM, and then it is my lunch time. After lunch, I have a nap at 1 to 2 PM, next I go to my mother's shop and help her do some simple errand. When sk comes, I go back home and cook dinner for my family. I usually have dinner with my family at 6 PM. After dinner I go to gym to work out till 9 PM, then I feel a little tired and I take a shower. That is my daily life, I think it's not too bad, it's my style.

I get up at six o』 every day. After I wash my face and brush my teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o』clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o』clock.then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

Exercise plays a very important role in daily life. Everyone, no matter what age, needs exercise every day. Exercise can help you keep fit, full of energy, work hard and you can do strenuous work persistently.

There are many kinds of exercise that help people keep physically fit. There are set ting up exercises that anyone can perform for a few minutes each day. For a young person football is one of the best games. If people keep doing exercise, they will find thpmselves better all the time.

However, modern life may prevent people from getting the daily exercise. they need. Television and other modern inventions could possibly be a factor that proces physical unfitness. Television can be very ecational, but mostly it is just waste of time. With the automobile, another modern invention, some people no longer walk any place. If people sit for hours in hront of their TV sets and ride in their cars everywhere, their health will be hurt badly. Therefore, they need to get exercise by doing setting up or playing football.
然而，現代生活可能會阻礙人們需要的日常運動。電視和其它一些現代的設備可能是人們不健康的因素之一。電視可能會有一定的教育意義，但是絕大多數的時候它僅僅是浪費人們的時間。
擁有另一個現代設備-手機，一些人不再行走到需要去的地方。如果人們在電視機前坐上幾個小時或開車去任何地方，他們的健康將會收到很大的傷害。因此，人們需要擁有現代設備的同時加強身體鍛煉或踢足球。
4 Joe and I decided to take the long trip we'd always wanted across the country. We were like young kids buying our camper and stocking it with all the necessities of life. Bella bakes the best rhubarb pie. We started out in early spring from Minneapolis and headed west across the northern part of the country. We both enjoyed those people we met at the trailer park. Joe received a watch at his retirement dinner. To our surprise, we found that we liked the warm southern regions very much, and so we decided to stay here in New Mexico.
