When their achievements are noticed more by others at school or work, they are more likely to succeed.In short, I believe self-confidence to be the most important factor in success. It enables people to take risks, try again when they fail, and enjoy their accomplishments when they win. With these abilities, a confident person can succeed easily at school or work.

Self-confidece means the firm belief that you can do things well. If you want to succeed in doing anything, you must have every confidence in your abilities.
