1、英語作文的句式不要太單調。上文的前兩行，都是以「He」開頭，可以選用恰當的連接詞（比如and）或變換句式。
2、大家都知道，英語的用詞非常忌諱重復，always這個詞在文中出現了三次，而且這個詞有點絕對，不太好。如你把它換成usually，會更好一點。

1. 錯誤的原因是出現了倆個謂語動詞。不關乎時態的問題。你幾年級了？

這個句子可以改成：1）We took the bus to Beijing (Beijing前面也說不用冠詞the的)
相同的用法有：I ride a bike to school（我騎單車上學）

2）We went to Beijing by bus
相同的用法有：I go to school by bike 我騎單車上學

2. 你記住句子只有一個謂語。再多就用不定式，分詞等。
整個句子，你如果還沒有就學從句，就要學會斷開句子。或者換一種表達方式。你要表達的意思是此次活動的目的是想讓人們知道應該愛護小樹。
那麼你可以說
We want people to learn to love and protect small trees by this green action.通過這次綠色活動，我們想讓人們學會愛護小樹。
