總之，保護環境與發展經濟是不矛盾的。發展經濟過程中必須注意保護環境。因為污染當然會造成危害。地球是一個循環的世界。其實，在地球上沒有絕對的廢棄物。所有的東西都可以循環利用。但是人類的介入，使這個循環出現了偏差，出現了不能循環的東西。比如早些年的發泡飯盒。如果這樣的話，那麼，就是一個惡性循環。這樣地球的資源就會被消耗完。那麼，地球就危險了。保護的措施應該是盡量的接近地球的自我循環。預防應該是多做些「遠視」，不要老是盯在經濟目標上。應該從人文和自然的角度出發
