英語道歉信範文及常用句式
道歉信是指因過失或疏忽做錯了事，給別人帶來了麻煩或損失，發覺後要立即寫信給對
方賠禮道歉時寫的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫得坦率，誠懇。
道歉信通常包括三部分內容：
1、表示歉意，道歉的原由；
2、出現差錯的原因，提出彌補措施；
3、請求原諒。語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實。好的道歉信不僅會取得對方的諒解，還會增進彼此的感情。
寫作三步曲： 表示歉意→說明具體原因、提出補救辦法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。
