啊，好多作業啊！」我放下筆，躺在桌子上，凝視著被玻璃壓著得獎狀，我就不禁想起，那段艱辛的得獎過程，那段永遠也抹不去的記憶……
獎狀上，清楚的印這一天，這令我難以忘懷的一天：2007年5月18日三年級上學期！這天，這張滿載榮譽的獎狀，被榮幸的遞到我手上。然而，在這張獎狀的背後，是我用多少汗水、眼淚拼搏而來？每天七十五道心算題；放學後，又是四十道應用題對積桌面上。每天，我都與數學進行著不屈不撓的斗爭，誰也不肯退讓一步。有次，一道很困難的奧數題把我難倒了，我憑借著鍥而不舍的精神與他進行著斗爭，足足到晚上11點多，我絞盡腦汁，才把他狠狠地打垮！頓時，我感受到了努力得來的成果。
終於，到了進行奧數競賽的日子，，考場中凝聚了緊張又興奮的空氣，。每個人都在奮筆疾書地寫著密密麻麻的試卷。終於，寫完了這張堪比天書的卷子，再經過我認真，認真，再認真的細心檢查。正當這時，鈴響了，老師軍令如山，把卷子收了上去，我頓時舒了一口氣，感覺好像卸下了一塊千斤大石，走出了教室。
公布名次的那天，我難以置信地舉著一張獎狀，上面寫著—一等獎！我舉著獎狀，臉上寫滿了激動的符號，嘴裡說不出一句話來。之前的辛苦頓時消失的九霄雲外，興奮把我占據了。
掀起玻璃，我又舉起手中的獎狀，我又找出了當時那種激動的感覺。那種感覺，又再次回到我身邊。於是，我又拿起筆，又把頭埋在堆積如山的作業堆里，又繼續著我永無止境的學習……

如何遵守交通規則？(How to observe traffic regulations?)
Do you have any idea as for how many people lost their lives in traffic accidents in a year? No idea about that? Ok, I』ll tell you.
100,000 lives! Only in China. This is to say, every 5 minutes, one man lost his life.
One hundred thousand people die because of traffic accidents! One hundred thousand lives mean one hundred thousand damaged families.
Why does traffic accident happen? Do we have traffic regulations? Sure, we have enough regulations. But still accidents happen.
Figures show 80% of deaths in traffic accidents is the result of traffic regulation violation, by pedestrians and non-motor vehicle riders!
Next time when you are on the street, look around you and see if ignorance of regulations happens. Although more and more people realized the importance of the rules, still many ignore them.
Accidents happen also because motor vehicle drivers ignore the rules. Some drive too fast. Some have no driving license. Some drive after drinking or even after being drunk.
Every one on the globe knows red light is stop. However, in China, this just depends. Depends on what? Depends on where, depends on who and depends on when.
Red means pass where no police on guard; red means pass where it is far away from city center.
Red means pass to some high government officials; red means pass to some people who think they have plenty of money; red mans pass to some pedestrians who are brave enough to think they can beat the metal vehicle.
Red means pass when it is off work hours; red means pass when there is no inspections from high officials and red means pass when you drank much alcohol.
Is it so difficult to observe traffic regulations? No! Never! Nothing in the world is so simple as to observe traffic regulations:
STOP WHEN IT IS RED AND PASS WHEN IT IS GREEN!

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.
Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?
I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.
The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.

Today is Sunday. It is sunny. I don't go to school. I want go shopping. I get up at 6:30 in the morning.I have some cereal and an egg for breakfast. I go out at 8:00. The shop is near . I go there on foot. Many people are in the shop. I buy a pencil . At 12:00 I go home for lunch. I have some vegetable and meat for lunch. I read a book in the afternoon. I eat some noodles and fruit for supper. After supper, I do my homework. then I watch TV. Later, I play on the computer. I lie on my bed. I listen to the radio. I have a happy day.

Yesterday was a holiday. I went to Sogo department store with my friends. First, we went to the bookshop. It had a lot of books such as history books, kung-fu novels, and comic books. I bought two science fiction books because they are my favorite books. Then we went to the CD floor. There were many kinds of music CDs there.
My favorite CD is Beethoven's Symphony No.5, but it was too expensive. I could not afford buying it. After looking around the CD store, my friends and I went to a café downstairs. We had orange juice and some dessert and talked until we were tired.
I bought a lot of books. I really enjoyed yesterday's shopping.
