盼望已久的暑假終於來了，爸爸媽媽帶我去海南渡假，終於讓我第一次見到了真正的大海。

清晨，我迎著初升的太陽來到海邊，大海和沙灘被太陽照得金燦燦的。細軟的沙灘踩上去就像走在棉毯上一樣舒服極了，一粒粒金黃細小的沙粒滲進我的鞋中，就像小貓在舔我的腳心，癢癢酥酥的，我把鞋脫掉，光腳踩在沙子上，盡情地享受沙灘的「按摩」！

突然沙灘上一個形狀似魚的東西「哧溜」一下從我身邊飛速穿過，鑽進一個孔里去了。我立刻蹲下身，用手扒著沙子，不一會兒，一個透明的小螃蟹飛快地爬出來，它揮舞著鉗子，像在對我示威，眨眼間又消失了……這時，我才注意到沙灘上有許許多多這樣的小孔，如果每一個小孔里都藏著一個小螃蟹的話，那麼……「啊！太恐怖了！」我像屁股被針扎了似的跳了起來，頭也不回迅速沖進大海，直到累得氣喘吁吁才停下來。緊接著一個大浪撲過來，沒等我反應過來就被推到了岸邊，這時，我又發現一個被海浪沖到沙灘上的小玩意兒，又細又長，摸上去十分粗糙。我連忙拿給爸爸看，爸爸驚叫：「這是一個棒子形的珊瑚呀！你怎麼會有的？」我說：「在沙灘上撿到的呀！」爸爸說：「真厲害！我怎麼沒發現呢？」我聽了，得意極了。

看著翻滾不息的波浪和那些跳浪的人歡樂的身影，我很想去沖浪。於是，爸爸給我套上一個卡通的救生圈，我就興奮地「上路」了，一頭奔進海里。這時正好有一個大浪撲來，我原來想沖到浪上，讓海浪托著我走，結果我沒能掌握好平衡，反被浪打得一頭扎進水裡嗆了好幾口水。海水又苦又咸，害得我「呸呸」吐了好幾口才緩過勁來。第二次，我換了一種方法沖浪——「坐救生圈小艇」。當海浪又一次向我撲來時，我屁股坐在救生圈裡，兩手撐在救生圈前頭力圖使救生圈保持平穩，沒想到海水撲得我滿臉都是，我根本顧不上掌握平衡了，急於用手把臉擦乾，沒想到腿一橫，救生圈就被海浪沖走了。幸好又一個大浪撲過來，把救生圈又沖回我面前。我急忙閉上眼睛，屏住呼吸，抓牢救生圈，終於沖過了這個大浪。經過幾次沖浪，幾次被淹，我終於悟出了一個好辦法：一定要兩只胳膊套在救生圈上，下半身沉在水裡才行。我試了試，果然很靈驗，這真是個不錯的收獲啊！

第一次擁抱大海的感覺真好，它絲毫沒有讓我感到被海浪擊倒的恐懼，反而讓我體會到了玩海的樂趣，更讓我體會了要頑強勇敢地面對困難才能成功的道理。
