Ⅹ 英語作文里電子郵件的格式是什麼樣的

格式：用戶標識符+@+域名

其中：@是「at」的符號，表示「在」的意思。

以下三部分構成電子郵件：

第一部分「USER」代表用戶信箱的賬號，對於同一個郵件接收伺服器來說，這個賬號必須是唯一的。

預防垃圾郵件

1、給自己的信箱起個「好名字」。如果你的用戶名過於簡單或者過於常見，則很容易被當作攻擊目標。許多人習慣用自己姓名的拼音作為用戶名，但一般過於簡單，很容易被垃圾郵件發送者捕捉到。因此在申請郵箱時，不妨起個保護性強一點的用戶名，比如英文和數字的組合，盡量長一點，可以少受垃圾郵件騷擾。

2、避免泄露你的郵件地址。在瀏覽頁面時，千萬不要到處登記你的郵件地址，也不要輕易告訴別人，朋友之間互相留信箱地址時可採取變通的方式，你可改寫為朋友一看便知，而E-mail收集軟體則不能識別，防止被垃圾郵件攻擊。

3、不要隨便回應垃圾郵件。當你收到垃圾郵件時，不論你多麼憤怒，千萬不要回應，在這里「沉默是金」，因為你一回復，就等於告訴垃圾郵件發送者你的地址是有效的，這樣會招來更多的垃圾郵件。

另外還有一種花招，為了證明E-mail地址是否有效，很多垃圾郵件發送者在郵件中往往以抱歉的語氣說：「若您不需要我們的郵件，請回復，我們將不再向您發送郵件」，如果你真的回復，就上了他們的當了，最好的辦法是不理不睬，把發件人列入拒收名單；

4、藉助反垃圾郵件的專門軟體。市面上一般都能買到這種軟體，如可用BounceSpamMail軟體給垃圾郵件製造者回信，告之所發送的信箱地址是無效的，免受垃圾郵件的重復騷擾。而McAfeeSpamKiller也可以防止垃圾郵件，同時自動向垃圾郵件製造者回復「退回」等錯誤信息，防止再次收到同類郵件。

5、使用好郵件管理、過濾功能。Outlook Express、Foxmail和qqmail都有很不錯的郵件管理功能，用戶可通過設置過濾器中的郵件域名、郵件主題、來源、長度等規則對郵件進行過濾。垃圾郵件一般都有相對統一的主題，如「促銷」「sex」等，若你不想收到這一類郵件，可以試著將過濾主題設置為包含這些關鍵字的字元。

6、學會使用遠程郵箱管理功能。一些遠程郵箱監視軟體，能夠定時檢查遠程郵箱，顯示主題、發件人、郵件大小等信息，你可以根據這些信息判斷哪些是你的正常郵件，哪些是垃圾郵件，從而直接從郵箱里刪除那些垃圾，而不用每次把一大堆郵件下載到自己的本地郵箱後再來刪除。
