寫作是一個思路表達的過程，我們需要清晰地表述出題目的要求，有效的完成命題人給我們的任務。接下來我們結合2019年小作文題目來看介紹信邀請信怎麼來寫。

Suppose Professor Smith asked you to plan a debate on the theme of city traffic. Write him an email to
1) suggest a specific topic with your reasons, and
2) tell him about your arrangements.
You should write about 100 words on the ANSWER SHEET.

通過閱讀題目關鍵詞 plan a debate on the theme of city traffic，suggest，reason， arrangements可以看出，我們這次的任務是一封建議/介紹信。任務是假設Professor Smith讓你規劃一次以城市交通為主題的的辯論會。要求我們寫一封電子郵件，其中目的有兩個：首先是辯論賽的主題，提出建議並且闡明原因;其次告訴對方你如何安排(可以自由發揮，建議大家寫辯論賽舉辦的具體時間和地點)。接下來我們就來結合模板談談思路如何進行：
一般來說，我們在試卷的左上角表明對方職位和姓名：即Dear Professor Smith。注意：在這里英文書寫一般用逗號不用冒號，切記!
【模板】 接下來，在第一段我們要表明自己的目的：比如I am writing this e-mail to
make suggestions for (doing) sth.(建議信)
make a complaint about sth.(投訴信)

補充：(1)當收信人不認識自己時，需要在前增加：自我介紹，表示相關
基本句式： I am+身份+who+表示相關
身份可選： student， undergraate， graate， resident， citizen， customer
表示相關： who majors in…; who is in charge of…; who takes an interest in…;who is concerned about…; who has bought…
補充：(2)如涉及到比賽、活動等時：增加“簡介”
基本句式： It will be held in+地點+on+時間
地點可選： in the hall， in the gym， in the playground， in the library.....
時間可選： on May 20， on Sunday.....
【應用】結合題目要求來看，教授是認識我們的，故第一段我們可以寫為：

【模板】第二段：針對書信類型，分角度選擇模板，角度可選擇：原因+作用(適用於推薦信、申請信、感謝信、祝賀信)。

Firstly, there are public concerns in city traffic jams, which will be of great value for us to discuss (結尾處動詞可以結合話題稍微靈活處理). What is more, the fact that indivial factors might be involved (結合我們設定的話題“個人車主是否應該對交通堵塞負責”) contributes to the solution of the problem.
