But to another kinds of people ,they also hope to become thin ,but at they same time ,they can't contral themselves to eat more,so it's difficult for them to lose weight.To me .I think fat is not a real problem, the most important thing is you should try your best to do something that can help you .Do anything you can do to keep your body healthy!

Books can be our friends and our teachers in our soul,they can teach us anything. But what should we do to read efficiently? In my point of view,there are three ways as follows.
To start with, we should read with pleasure which can relax ourselves first. A relaxed emotion is more efficient than a nervous one when reading.
Then,it』 better to guess the meaning when we meet new words.We needn』t know every word exactly but we can guess the meaning of it from the context.More importantly,it』s also a good way to train us in reading.
Last but not least, it』s advised to understand the meaning of the whole article and even each sentence exactly. Sometimes the author』s main idea is under the words, we should read the article carefully to catch the main words for better understanding. We can also understand some difficult sentences with our own knowledge or from the context. It』s also a good way to search the background on the Internet.

寫英語作文，可以寫身邊發生或者自己經歷的事，或者：

另一樣是積累的本領。要多讀書、讀好書，做筆記或卡片，這樣，你就有許多典範的或鮮活的語言材料。
第三樣是思考的本領。大作家葉聖陶說過，作文就是想心思。作文的時候，想明白准備寫什麼，再想明白大體按一個怎樣的順序寫。如果練就了這三樣本領，還愁寫不好作文嗎？
另外，要多寫真實作文。其實寫作文寫實話更好寫、更容易感人。 其實，作文並不難。只要熱愛生活，善於發現，勤於閱讀，勤於練筆，每個人都能寫好作文：）~~

In actual life, however, theuniverse exert powerful influence upon personal decisions and choices,practical measures seem hard to take and road in front look dim to go.
There is no denying that a great majorityof people have no idea about what they can do and what they want to be. Withoutdestination, the ship is floating aimlessly on the ocean whilst the peoplewithout dream are boring all days and nights. If we try to climb the mountain,we need to keep the nerve to the top. Life is so short, there is no time towaste.
There will be noregret and sorrow if you fight with all your strength. Failures may defeat us,but through the failures we can also gain precious evidence and experience. Weshould learn to cope with the failures, try to motivate ourselves.
