For another thing,if not well organised,too many competitions and contests may throw confusion into the order of normal study,which can also have negative effect on students balanced development. What's worse, some competitions and contests might do harm to students' physical and psychological health if they are lost. Therefore, it is strongly advised that competitions and contests should be held orderly and regularly without resulting in too much side effect on students' normal study.

her class were sure she would win both. Then ten days before the sports meeting,
when Jane climbed the hill she was wounded(受傷) in her left leg.
Her first thought(考慮) was for the sports meeting. Would her leg be all
right by May 4? Some of her friends sent her to the hospital. The doctor said it
was not serious. Jane's left leg was much better by the end of April, and on May
4 she was able to run and jump at sports.
